I love the Garnier Erase It All Cleansing Balm! It melts makeup easily, even waterproof mascara, and leaves my skin clean without feeling greasy. The texture is smooth, gentle, and perfect for removing makeup.

I have sensitive skin and after having skin patch testing at dermatologist’s, learned I have a severe allergy to fragrances. They recommend if I want to use a perfume, try patch testing the fragrance. But was advised to avoid cosmetics and body care products that contain fragrance. You have no clue what they put in those fragrance blends and the manufacturers can change formulas from year to year. Having suffered discomfort, swelling, redness and rashes over the years, plus lost $$ on products that don’t work, I shop for fragrance free products. I also expect them to work, and not cost too much. This Garnier makeup remover is effective, feels soothing and is a great value. It’s a good first step in a double cleanse. A little goes a long way.

this is ultimately the best makeup remover balm I have ever tried. It is as good or even a little better than it cosmetics one that I have had for a while. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

As for removing my makeup, this item did it so well. It was so easy to use and was a big enough tub, that my fingers were not hindered to get the product out. It was a little greasy but after washing face with face wash, it felt normal. It also does not have a pleasant smell although, it's not off putting either. It is more of a chemical smell rather than something that is nice. It lasted a long time and the price is great for how long it lasted.

Just as good as - and far less expensive than - all those other balms I’ve spent way too much on. It’s this one from here on out!

I didn’t like it much. Although it does remove waterproof make up, it’s terribly irritating for the eyes! The product is supposed to be designed to remove makeup from your face including the eyes. I tried applying the product on my eyes and removing it with a cotton ball, and while it removed the make up, it left my eyes with a burning sensation! And believe me, I was very careful while doing so (is not like my eyes are wide open while I do this hahaha). I tried a second time removing it with warm water, but unless the product is REALLY all over the eye, it won’t remove your mascara or waterproof eyeliner. I ended up rubbing my eye more than I wanted to. What I will say is that, it plumps up the rest of your skin, leaving it with a smooth feeling. So, I will only use it as a mask, 2 or 3 times a week (you can do that too, read the instructions) only avoiding the eye are completely. For my eyes I will just stick to my regular micellar water.

I usually use a different more expensive brand, but decided to give this makeup remover a shot. It works just as well as the more expensive one I was using, easily removing all of my makeup. The only downside is that it doesn’t smell the best but the smell washes away when I rinse off the makeup remover and doesn’t stay on my skin so it’s not a huge deal. The container has lasted me quite a while and I still have half left. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and haven’t had any issues with this product. Over all I’m happy with it and will probably repurchase it again.

I’m in LOVE with this, I’m mad I didn’t discover it sooner! Even the most effective micellar water was difficult to remove my mascara and I’d have to rub very harshly and some of my lashes would fall out but not with this! It literally melts it and I just use a wet face towel to wipe it away. It make my skin so soft and hydrated and it looks so clean and shiny. You get a lot of product for the price also.

I’m not sure if I received a defective product or what, but the texture is completely inconsistent, almost as if it’s separating. After applying it, all the makeup just ends up smeared on my hands, and it’s difficult to remove. Even after washing it off, it leaves an oily residue on my face.
