This is an amazing product, it is super comfortable and has addressed my issue of acid reflux where I used to start coughing as soon as I used to lie down to sleep in the night earlier. Keeping my upper body elevated comfortably now helps me to sleep properly. Product is of good quality material and it is 100% value for money

I received the package in an opened condition, but the product is very soft and feels like good-quality memory foam. It will definitely be useful for me. However, this size was probably not the perfect fit for me. To make the neck pillow fit properly around my neck, I had to pull it quite high upwards. I feel a slightly larger size might have been more comfortable. My height is 5.3.

It is soft and good quality. Hope we get more colors in it and pillow covers with different colors....let me know if there are any pillow covers available with range of colours

I bought this bed wedge pillow three months ago hoping for some much-needed back support and relief, but it has been a massive disappointment. Instead of the comfort I was expecting, it has become a source of genuine physical frustration. The Experience * Rock-Hard Density: Calling this "firm" would be an understatement. It feels incredibly hard, almost like leaning against a carpeted brick. There is zero "give" or contouring to the natural shape of the spine. * Increased Discomfort: Rather than alleviating my back pain, this pillow has actually intensified it. After using it consistently for 90 days, I find myself waking up with more stiffness than I had before I started. * Ergonomic Fail: Because the material is so unforgiving, it pushes my lower back into an awkward angle. Instead of a supportive incline, it feels like it’s fighting against my body. Final Verdict I gave this a fair shot for three months, thinking it might just need a "break-in" period. Unfortunately, it’s just as stiff today as the day it arrived. If you are looking for a pillow that provides a balance of support and comfort, look elsewhere. This one provides plenty of the former but absolutely none of the latter.

Serves the purpose. Good for patients in recovery. Holds it's shape - will not flatten up under people with normal weight. Good quality.
