I purchased this on Groupon. Results came as promised, but some things needed clarification. After sending multiple email to them I finally realized they were not going to respond. There is not a phone number or chat button on their site. So, the results are pretty much useless. Save your money.

Just so everyone knows, hair allergy tests are not particularly accurate and come up with many false positives. I'd do some research before you buy this! I'd hate to assume you're allergic to something based on an inaccurate test.

It's a Scam! You'll Never Receive Results. You Have Been Warned.
If you want to experience this test without spending the $- chop off a piece of your hair and flush it down the toilet. Congrats, you've worked with IdentAllergy! I never received any results (I sent my sample in 3 months ago) and effectively wasted $$$. If you look at the reviews (there's plenty on Groupon) you will see that many, many people have the same complaints- they never received any results. I think this company is not operating in good faith and are a scam. They should be removed from Amazon before more customers are scammed. They say on their own website (which is barely legible) that they receive 4,000 test kits a day and cannot give any updates on individual cases. If you email them (which I have) you will never hear back. They are the same "Viamedex" company that does DNA tests, never order from either. I feel I was duped and these "kits" are totally worthless.

This kit is crap.. i purchased on Groupon.. it asks tons of questions. When you get your results, ( I use that term extreamly lightly) it is virtually a copy of the answers to questions you answered.. I am so mad I purchased the 129.00 kit.. that could have gone to my medical bills... DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. YOU MIGHT AS WELL FLUSH THAT MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!!!!!! It is a scam!
The results show only what I checked that I knew I was allergic to. I know there are other issues, and this test didn't find them. I don't believe the results.
