Great customer service
Great customer service. Jeans arrived very quickly. I strongly recommend you purchase one waist size bigger than you normally wear in American jeans. These jeans are pre-washed but despite what the ad says they do shrink again considerably when you wash and tumble dry them. You shouldn't be washing these beauties often anyway - wear them daily and let them develop their very own patina. Sizing up 1 was the right thing to do -my jeans are a perfect fit after a hot wash/tumble dry. They do stretch about 1 inch after extended wear. Great price on these too ! No hassle returns and definitely less expensive than Self Edge and BlueInGreen Soho.

I love these jeans!
At first I just ordered the size I normally wear from USA company. The shipping from Japan was crazy fast, less than one week. As soon as I saw them I knew they were what I wanted. However, the waist size was way too small for me. It was my fault, I did not read about how to measure my old pants. The waist size marked is the real measurement in inches. Mr. Kagawa of Rodeo let me send them back, it was very easy. He was so helpful! He was out of the size I needed, but I just kept looking on the Amazon page and my size showed up. Again, very fast shipping. They fit perfect out of the box. I washed them in hot water, still fit perfect. The attention to detail is amazing, fabric is also. I am happy with them! Ordered another pair.
