MOISO Memory Foam Orthotic Insoles with Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis Flat feet Shock Absorption for Working All Day Men & Women

As someone who suffers from slight arthritis, I get a burning pain in the heels sometimes and additionally I’m also flat footed, so I am doing everything I can to minimise the pain (such as buying various insoles from Amazon to see which gives me the best comfort). I find that 100% gel insoles lose their shape and consistent of a very short time and end up being painful to use. These insoles arrived very quickly and were inside a nice zip bag. As I am a size 10.5 – 11 I didn’t need any additional preparation or cutting to size (the perks of being a big boy) so I just took out my previous insole and slipped these in (they are labelled L and R to help you put them in the right shoe). Now I’m going to write mostly about the feel of this item as I think it’s very important particularly as it’s a comfort item. The bottom arch support was composed of all foam which felt hard but it was also flexible. The underside of the pitted heel had some blue gel shock absorbing material inside and it felt similar to the surrounding yellow foam. The upper toe section where the metatarsal bones are had the same flexible blue gel which gave a nice cushioning to that area. On towards the toe area it had some cutting guidelines for sizes of 9.5 / 9.0 / 8.5. Now onto the reverse upper section where you place your foot, the top had a smooth velvet cloth like material on it with the MOISO logo on the heel (and the heel was nice & soft with a bubble in it). Overall these were superb quality for the price. Once inside my Nike trainers I noticed straight away that my pain had been reduced significantly, they were very comfortable. The look, feel and quality of the materials used were excellent. They have reduced my foot pain considerably; I’m very happy with them and can highly recommend them. I’ve included various pictures. My feet pronate inwards and my arches are very tender therefore it is very difficult finding arch support insoles which don’t cause me agony. These are great for my trainers and as they are quite thick, also my boots which I need innersoles in to take up excess room. Although I am aware of the support against my arches they are tolerable and I have ordered three more pairs so I don’t have to keep changing between my footwear.

Never used the before, seem ok . But do need sticking in and feels very awkward when you first use them, but they do mould to your feet

They are just huge. It's not the sizing but the thickness of them. It's like a whole sole not insole. If I put these in my shoes then there's no room for my feet. Unfortunately I had cut them to size so was not able to return. They seem very sturdy and comfy if only it would be possible to use them.

I work in security, so spend extended time standing still in boots. I have used memory foam insoles for years, but needed an upgrade. These insoles looked a bit different, so I thought I'd give them a go. I got the large size, as I am a UK 8.5, so just needed to trim them a little which is easily done as there is a guide on the bottom where to trim for your size. Once in my boots they felt odd at first as they have some bumpy bits, but once used to them they felt great. The memory foam in the heal is nice, which is generally where my feet ache the most whilst standing. There is reasonable support for my arch, but as I have high arches, I could do with a but more. Great value though, and hopefully they will last a year, which is normally how long my insoles last.

These are the best insoles on the market in my eyes. With my job I walk between 10 and 15 miles a day. Before I started to use these my legs ached like hell. Since using these no aches or pain. Highly recommend.

I got bruised, aching feet from wearing my wellies on a wet forest-walking holiday. I chose these innersoles as they’re made of memory foam and had extra padding in 2 main areas – the heel and under balls of feet, exactly the places I needed. The surface your feet are in contact with is foam fabric, and they are backed with a supple rubbery/plastic base. The contours feel as comfortable as those in footbed sandals. I’ve worn these very comfortably at the allotment and my wellies now feel like slippers. I got Female size 5 – 7.5 (or Euro 38 – 41) and they are true to UK sizes (you cut them down for smaller, marked sizes). Very pleased with these, which I can use in trainers as well – but bear in mind they do take up space in your shoe -I buy my wellies big, so they’re perfect.

I left the review below and the company contacted me immediately to refund the purchase price and explain that it was a mistake that the insoles were described as "firm" they have now changed the description and made it clear they have other products for firmer arch support, so for customer service they deserve 4 stars This has very little arch support and in no way suitable for plantar fasciitis as claimed. Arch support is just curved soft foam which compresses to nothing with finger pressure see pic. They are fine if you just want cheap nicely padded insoles but if you need arch support stick to the brands with a more rigid moulded arch that cradles the foot such as Orthaheel see other pic, you get what you pay for I guess.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto per avere maggiore confort quando indosso le scarpe da ginnastica e pratico sport. Arrivato nei tempi prestabiliti grazie a Prime, nessun problema riscontrato legato al trasporto stesso. Lo stesso arriva in blister di plastica sigillato che riporta una serie di informazioni sullo stesso, oltre che al nome del marchio ovviamente. All' interno della stessa troviamo le due solette e nient'altro. Il mio acquisto si è basato molto sull' aspetto estetico molto curato e giovanile. Ho scelto la colorazione nera perchè non si nota quando si sporcano. Le stesse sono adattabili grazie alle linee guida che ci spiegano dove tagliare esattamente nella zona della punta, per uniformarle ad un piede 42, 43,44 fino a 45(nel mio caso). Nella parte anteriore, quella dove poggia la pianta del piede, troviamo il marchio serigrafato al tallone, al di sopra di un cuscino morbido in gel, qui il tallone andrà a poggiare in una zona incavata mordida internamente ed esternamente fatta in gomma. Questo strato di gel aiuta ad assorbire quella serie di urti che il piede è sottoposto quando poggia sulla superfice di appoggio e più accentuati durante la corsa. Mentre l'avanpiede poggia su di una superfice più sottile caratterizzata da una serie di microcuscini sempre in gel che masseggeranno la stessa favorendo la circolazione del sangue e migliorando di conseguenza il confort mentre camminiamo, grazie al fatto che assorbono anche i microurti. Incavate per sopportare tutto l'arco plantare migliorando in questo modo l' equilibrio generale. A completare il tutto la soletta si caratterizza per una serie di microfori(13 in totale) che favoriranno la traspirazione. Sul retro della soletta troviamo gomma e dei cuscinetti più sottili dove poggia il tallone e la parte anteriore del piede che vanno ad ammortizzare e ad attutire i colpi e gli urti quando camminiamo in quelle due zone specifiche più soggette a certi colpi. ==CONSIDERAZIONI PERSONALI== Abituato alle solite solette da calzature, quando indossiamo queste si noterà subito la differenza, il piede poggia meglio, accusa meno sforzi durante la camminata e soprattutto dopo aver corso, avevo i piedi ancora rilassati. Ho trovato interessanti i microcuscini e il cuscinetto in gel di silicone al tallone, perchè il piede viene costantemente massaggiato e di conseguenza cullato. La struttura e la forma delle solette infine è stata progettata anche per coloro che soffrono di di fascite plantare, quindi si può dire che sono anche in parte ortopediche. Non solo confort, queste solette sono anche antibatteriche e grazie alla struttura in carbonio superiore non avremo problemi di formazione di cattivi odori o di infezioni da funghi. Prezzo giusto e ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo Consigliato a tutti...per ora 5 stelle

Ces semelles sont supers. Elles sont utilisées par une personne qui a les pieds plats, et ces semelles lui changent la vie. En plus d'être confortable, les semelles lui massent le talon et le milieu du pied lorsqu'elle marche, ce qui fait qu'elle peut marcher plus longtemps sans avoir les douleurs qu'elle avait auparavant.

Je les ai depuis presque 9 mois et j'en suis très satisfait. Pour ce qui est du confort rien à redire, mes journées de travail ce passent bien mieux depuis que je les porte. Moins de douleur au pieds et plus rien aux genoux. Elles ont une bonne résistance, car elles sont encore en très bon état. Un achat qui vaut le cout.
