Got it for my dad. He loves it. Screen is good. It's a good size, and easy to operate.

These are old chromebooks. This Dell functions well but not for long. The message (AUE) Automatic updates have expired. This means no more security or OS UPATES!! Google recomends not using for sensitive content. Normal browsing will work for awhile but will eventually stop. Google rates it (EOL) end of life. Nice little laptop but essentially useless.

Great laptop. Light weight. Omg touch screen the best. A definite buy.

For the price, and the operation of the Chromebook which is easy, I was very impressed. I found I could not add apps that had been updated and would not run on the Chromebook, which had been my first reason to buy a Chromebook. The Chromebook was refurbished and listed as Excellent. I did not care for the outer application on the outside. The Chromebook looked very good and fired right up. Nice job to the refurbisher.

randomly restarts with no warning shuts down apps like Google Docs, etc., randomly some of the keys. You have to press really hard to even get them to work. I gave it some time because I thought maybe it was just because it was new refurbished whatever but still have the issue and I use it to write so it's kind of difficult, otherwise it's a great product

So far no Issues, fast in speed

The laptop that I thought I purchased and the laptop I received are two totally different things. When unpacking the computer I didn’t notice anything really just by first glance. Tried to turn it on, wouldn’t come on. Plugged it in, and it came on. I noticed there was a black piece of like sticker so I thought jt was a protective cover that comes on it, pulled it off to find what you see in the picture. I have never had this happen on Amazon and I’m completely shocked. Also you can not use the laptop at all unless it is plugged in to a power source. The battery life is completely shot. Definitely disappointing that I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and this is what I receive for the money I paid. Dishonest. I’d like to give no stars.

La peor compra, no tiene sonido, en audífonos esta una pieza atorada y el sonido no sirve. Se pasma y no se puede apagar. No funciona no la compren. Yo ya he comprado varias Lap renewal y me han funcionado como nuevas. Pero esta NO funciona.
