Great laptop. Light weight. Omg touch screen the best. A definite buy.

Beware!!
These are old chromebooks. This Dell functions well but not for long. The message (AUE) Automatic updates have expired. This means no more security or OS UPATES!! Google recomends not using for sensitive content. Normal browsing will work for awhile but will eventually stop. Google rates it (EOL) end of life. Nice little laptop but essentially useless.

Economical, good Chromebook
For the price, and the operation of the Chromebook which is easy, I was very impressed. I found I could not add apps that had been updated and would not run on the Chromebook, which had been my first reason to buy a Chromebook. The Chromebook was refurbished and listed as Excellent. I did not care for the outer application on the outside. The Chromebook looked very good and fired right up. Nice job to the refurbisher.

DO NOT BUY
This seller should be ashamed of themselves and Amazon should remove them as a seller. Everything they posted in the description is a lie. The Chromebook is so old that it no longer accepts updates. The post said it was a 2024 model. Absolutely not one year old because Google allows updates for 10 years. The Chromebook itself was covered in some black opaque decal to obscure the serial number and what the laptop actually looks like. I immediately returned it. I'm very upset that the description is false and this seller is allowed to continue selling items on Amazon.

Mediocre at best
Although refurbished the rating said excellent condition. This was far from it. Notable marks and dings and the unit

Didn't have a functioning camera + microphone.
The look of it was decent even after peeling off the black sticker that it came with. The keyboards and Touchscreen worked great too, however the camera and internal microphone didn't work or were not added to the software. There was no way to activate microphone and camera in the settings sections and since I was bridging it with me abroad I wasn't planning on returning it unfortunately. I ended up buying a cheap usb camera with microphone so now I can use those features, although the chromebook was supposed to offer that itself.
