I got to the gym regularly, and was consuming some version of a protein drink afterwards. I never saw or felt any results from them so I stopped. But I know I dont drink enough water, so I got this as a sort of post-workout drink. I will say I feel more alert each day when I take this as opposed to days when I do not. The biggest benefit I get from taking this is this: My dreams have been SUPER DETAILED. Like, an insane amount of high level detail i have never known before! I remember my dreams for longer afterwards, but as always don't tell others your dreams - they're boring! But wow- now I KNOW I am sleeping well when I wake up and remember these movie-like high-def dreams. It's insane! The taste is ok - a little too cotton-candy for me, but that's ok. I'm trying the other flavors next.

I enjoy the taste and got a baby bottle funnel to help pour this into standard water bottles. 1 full scoop is a little too much for a standard 16.9 fl oz water bottle and tastes a little chalky sometimes, but not an issue if I do less than a full scoop. I also feel like these give me more endurance while working out, without any stimulants, which I prefer.

Have bought this over and over as I have found it to be the best tasting amino on the market that actually helps with recovery. No chalky taste or texture and the blue raspberry is delicious. The value for the money is unmatched plus I always watch for the prime day deals they’re the best. Highly recommend

Love this brand and tried multiple flavors. But not a huge fan of this one. It was too sweet for me.
