Perfect for everyday use and thoughtful gifting
The Apple AirTag 4-pack has been incredibly useful for keeping track of my everyday essentials. Setup was seamless-just a quick one-tap connection with my iPhone, and everything was ready within seconds. The tracking is precise and reliable, whether I'm locating my keys at home or checking on my luggage while traveling. The compact design makes it easy to slip into a wallet, bag, or attach to a keychain without adding bulk. What made this purchase even better is how perfect it was for gifting last Christmas. The 4-pack allowed me to keep some for myself and share the rest with family members, and everyone found them practical and easy to use. It's one of those gifts that people don't realize they need until they have it. Overall, a smart, dependable product that adds real convenience to daily life.

These AirTags are one of those products you don’t realize how much you need until you have them.
Setup was incredibly easy — just brought it near my iPhone and it connected instantly. I now use them for keys, luggage, and a backpack, and the tracking accuracy has been excellent. The Precision Finding feature is especially helpful when you’re close but can’t quite see where something is. What really stands out is how well it integrates with the Apple ecosystem. Being able to see items on the Find My app and get notifications when something is left behind gives a lot of peace of mind, especially when traveling. Battery life has also been solid so far, and I like that it uses a replaceable coin battery rather than needing to recharge. The only downside is that you do need to buy holders or accessories separately if you want to attach them to certain items (like pets in my case or keychains), but once you have that setup, they work flawlessly. Overall, these are incredibly useful and reliable. If you tend to misplace things or travel often, they’re absolutely worth it.

genuinely useful if you're in the Apple ecosystem, precision finding actually works
Bought the 4-pack and put them on my keys, in my car, in my luggage, and in my backpack. Setup per tag takes about 30 seconds if you have Find My already configured on your phone. The precision finding with the U1 chip is legitimately impressive when you're close — the directional arrow and distance countdown actually work instead of just giving you a vague signal strength number. The range on these is good enough for normal situations. Lost my keys in the house, opened Find My, it played a sound and found in less than 30 seconds. For luggage tracking at airports, knowing exactly where your bag is in the carousel area rather than checking every bag is genuinely useful. Battery replacement is easy (CR2032, about a year per battery), waterproofing has held up fine. The build quality is solid — mine have been through drops and one went through the washing machine in a jacket pocket with no issues. One thing worth knowing: these only work in the Apple ecosystem. If you have Android this isn't for you. Also the anti-stalking alerts on non-iPhones can be annoying if your family/roommates have Android. But if you're all iPhone, this is the best tracking option out there by a good margin.

Works great
I previously tried a 3rd party one that said it would connect with iPhone, but it never did. I could pair it with my phone and get an icon on the map, but it never moved when my wife drove down the street several blocks for a test. They accepted my return request. This air tag is definitely apple friendly. I paired one of them with my phone in seconds and applied an icon to the map and drove down a few blocks leaving the tag at my house. When I parked and looked at Find My, it said that I had left my item at my house and showed me at the 4-blocks down from my house and showed the air tag at my house. So, on first test, this item works fine. $60 for 4 is not bad. I would buy this again. Update 1-11-2026 On the second test, this device did not work. I tried many times to have my wife drive down the road with the air tag in the car, and the icon never moved. I tried ALL the fixes that google search could supply, turning on Bluetooth, Locations Services, and getting the latest version operating system for iPhone. I also did the last ditch effort of turning my phone off and back on. I also tried using another one of the air tags and paired it with my iPhone. I also tried using my wife's iPhone. None of these worked. You can see why I highlighted the ALL for the fixes above. After researching this air tag, I see that it only works for about 50 feet or maybe 100. I tried it outside on my sidewalk, and it worked for 50 feet. After that it had problems. It said "no connection" and such and just had trouble after 50 feet. The research on this air tag says that they use other apple devices to transfer the signal from the device to iCloud. And, then it sends that signal finally to my iPhone. So, that is why I couldn't get any signal at my house in the suburbs. There apparently were not any apple devices sending the signal to iCloud. Duh. My friend has had results in recovering his stolen vehicle with this air tag. Who knows. I don't know if it is iPhone versions or whatever by now. I am using iPhone 17. But, we're going to try this out and see if it is just time involved in a long term search recovery. Hopefully, what they say in the videos is correct, and once an apple device records the location to iCloud, it is there for good, and I will receive that location at my phone. My friend will probably be moving around throughout the city, but that shouldn't be a problem (considering there are so many apple devices floating around out there :)) I should get a location sometime tomorrow. Will keep you posted. Update 1-12-2026 OK. This air tag is working. My friend took a couple of these air tags that I had paired with my phone and drove to work. At first, the icons just sat there on the map. It took a little time, but when I checked it again a few minutes later, there he was about 5 miles away. He texted me back and said that he was at that breakfast place. Then, an hour later, I had him tracked at another part of the city. Apparently, it takes a little time for other apple devices to send the location to iCloud and back to my phone. Also, on the block where I live, apparently there weren't any apple devices to make it work. I just checked again, and he is at another part of the city. So, this device works as advertised, and I would buy it again. Update: 2-7-2026 I bought 4 more of these air tags. I already have the last 4 applied, my wife's purse, my wallet, my keys (needed to buy a container, which worked really well), and my cat. I just tracked my wife today that showed her purse about 15 miles away. So, I am definitely a fan of these little things, and I have many more things to keep track of. My friend wanted one for his dog. Setup is also very easy. Put your phone down next to the air tag and go into Find My, pull the tab out of the air tag, and then the Find My app starts searching. It takes only a few seconds, and it is done. Then you call it a name like "wallet" or "cat", and then you choose an icon picture for it to show up on the map. I found icon pictures for all of my items so far: wallet, purse, keys, and cat. For an old timer, this is really an extraordinary piece of work. In my 30s and 40s I still needed to keep a quarter in my pocket to use a public phone booth. This technology just keeps me amazed.

Great quality, battery replaceable
Loved the price, but one had the shortest battery life I’ve ever seen. Had to replace the battery after only a week and a half. Maybe it had just been sitting on the shelf too long before I purchased?

Would definitely recommend
I’ve been using the Apple AirTag for a few months now, and it’s already saved me from losing my keys twice. Setup was incredibly simple – just bring it near my iPhone and the one-tap connection worked instantly. I love how it integrates seamlessly with the Find My app, and being able to ask Siri to locate my backpack is surprisingly handy. The Precision Finding feature (on my iPhone 12) works well indoors, guiding me right to the AirTag with haptics and arrows. When I left my luggage at the airport, the Find My network helped me track it down even though it was miles away – and the whole thing is encrypted and anonymous, which gives me peace of mind. Battery life seems solid so far, and the IP67 water resistance is a nice bonus (I’ve accidentally dropped it in a puddle with no issues). The built-in speaker is loud enough to hear under a couch cushion. One small downside: the shiny white surface scratches pretty easily if you don’t use a case. Also, Android users won’t get the full experience. But if you’re in the Apple ecosystem, this is a no‑brainer. Great for wallets, bags, keys, or even sharing with family for shared items. Would definitely recommend.

INITIAL SET UP SO EASY!!
Expensive, yes. Worth it? I really think so. Easy to set up from iPhone FIND MY app. If I can do it, anyone can! LOL Tested and works great. Excited to have these little gems, especially helpful for my upcoming trip to Europe this summer with bags and back packs, etc. I also purchased the covers for the air tags and LOVE those as well!
