I have a new set of exercise straps. Looking for places top attach them has been a little challenge. Over the door just does not work as good as suggested. Having a few "hooks" I though would be better. I saw these, and they looked beefy enough to work well.Pros:- very strong feeling- rubberized coating to protect straps or bands- comes with lag bolts to fasten- a vertical orientation to install nicely on a single stud- comes in a 4 packCons:- rubberized part is grippy. These resistance band hooks are a really nice addition to our workout space, where we often use bands just anchored to a squat rack or heavy dumbbell. I've been able to mount these around on a few different studs -- so there's no chance of them slingshotting out of the wall during a movement! -- and they're rock solid once mounted. I could pretty well do a pullup off of one of these without it even budging. I also like that the manufacturer added a plasticized coating to the hook as well, just to cover any potential hard or sharp metal edges.

These are very strong and heavy. One star off because one of the bolt head broke off when I was tightening it. I also drilled pilot holes before fastening them so maybe it was just one bolt

These were pretty easy to mount and easy to use. I like the red cause they're easy to see and they are very sturdy.They have not come out of the wall yet

I used these to set up a pulley system in my basement, attaching the anchors to studs and joists and it really worked well. These anchors feel like incredibly solid construction and, additionally, the bolts they come with are meaty (far more aggressive than the ones shown in the product description picture, which is a good thing) and really inspire some confidence that these anchors can accommodate a tremendous quantity of pulling force. Honestly the only thing "negative" I could say about them is that you probably need to have a drill and driver or ratchet set to install these anchors because of how large they are, but that's also something of a compliment for how quality these feel overall. Very good product and would highly recommend it.

These hooks/anchors are very heavy duty! They are heavy and strong (all steel) and the rubber cover over the hook part helps with sliding and protecting your resistance bands. They were easy to install into studs in my wall (one high and one low) and I also attached some onto my garage racks for different anchoring points and used some nuts and bolts that fit. Super easy to use and very versatile. They look great, and a good size for my use. Once installed they won’t go anywhere. Great anchors!

These wall anchors are made very strong, with thick metal. Heavy duty. The hooks have a rubber coating to protect the exercise bands. This came with 4 set, which is great for numerous placements at different height levels. I also like that there is 3 attachment points to each hook for different exercise options, without overloading one attachment point. Wood bolts with washers also came with the set to aid in placement & installation. I'm looking forward to using these in my home gym.

The brackets were a lot stronger and heavier than I was expecting - a good thing. The black coating covering the steel was scratched off in a few places on a couple of the brackets - likely during shipping - but I don't see that as a real issue. These work just I hoped, and a good size and strength.
