I’ve been using the Westinghouse Thermal Shipping Label Printer for my business, and it’s been fantastic. Setup was super easy with the USB connection and included sample labels, and it started printing crisp, professional 4×6 labels right away. It handles USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and more without a hitch, and the fast, direct thermal printing means no ink mess and no extra cost. It’s reliable, efficient, and has made shipping so much smoother. definitely a great buy for anyone sending packages regularly!

Printer was easy to setup and get connected to the network. Supports ZPL printing on both fan-fold and roll labels. Total time from opening the box to having the attached label printed was 28 minutes and 5 minutes of that was figuring out how to make a star in ZPL. Nice, straight label path makes for easy loading and I expect minimal jams/frustration down the road. Good price as well; great all around!

I bought this printer after spending hours of time trying to get another, cheaper label printer from another company to work. I finally gave up in frustration and returned that one. Although this printer was about $100 more, I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I should have gone with this printer from the start. It was a breeze to set up, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and in just a few minutes I was set. I did have to call in to get help to get my first label printed, but that, too, was quick and easy. Dan in support was very nice and quickly and easily resolved my issue. It was a simple calibration that only took a few seconds. I'm so glad I ditched the other printer for this one. I can tell it's high quality and so far the printed labels are crisp and clear. I highly recommend this printer. It works exactly as it should, and I am very confident now I have exactly what I need for my business. UPDATE 12.12.24: This printer works very well. It makes me happy every time I use it. Now that I've had a chance to really use this for a lot of orders, it just works perfectly. Every label, whether you're printing just one or a series of them, they are perfectly aligned and very clearly printed. I bought this printer after a lot of frustration with another, cheaper brand, and once again, it's proven true: you get what you pay for, and this is a very quality product. Zero regrets and happy customer!

Great Product! Easy set up and was able to start printing labels pretty quickly after getting the driver installed on my computer. I was able to plug right into my USB port hub and plug into power quickly to get started. The unit is easy to load with labels, and the calibration process is also easy to understand with multiple colored indicator lights to show status of the machine. The item is on the smaller size, so it fits on my desk nicely and doesn't take up too much room. Excited to save some time when shipping items out!!

I originally purchased a different thermal printer that had strong reviews and a lower price, but it ended up being very disappointing. It wouldn’t feed properly, and every other print resulted in an error. The driver preferences were mostly in Chinese with poor English translations, which made setup frustrating. I returned it and decided to purchase this printer instead, and I’m so glad I did. It worked right out of the box and feeds labels perfectly. The driver preferences are in English and installed easily on my computers. The included instructions were clear and helpful. As an added bonus, it has an Ethernet port so I was able to hardwire it to my network. Once set up, it has worked flawlessly. I’m extremely happy with this purchase!

Good packaging, easy setup, works well so far. A bit bigger than the Dymo it is replacing. I'd give it 5 stars if I could see into the future to know how well it holds up!

This is the best label printer I've ever purchased! The setup process was easy and took me less than 10 minutes. The device was well packaged and secure. I've used several printers in the past and had issues with the barcodes not printing dark enough regardless of settings, or the label paper getting jammed, etc. This printer comes with the settings automatically set to the darkness and density needed for clear labels that are legible and scannable. It is able to keep up with high demand and bulk printing. Highly recommend. Well worth the price.

Wow, what a great printer! I did a lot of research and was going to pay more than double for a commercial type 4x6 label printer, until I found this one. This printer has every feature that I want; USB, wired Ethernet, roll fed uncut label sheets and will also accept fan-fold label sheets too. Super easy setup, everything worked great right out of the box, including the networking. The included USB drive with the drivers and quick-start guide was helpful.

I just received this unit; it shipped on time, arrived quickly, and was all that it said it would be. Looks to be good and sturdy. Super simple to install; connect one cable (USB-included, although it can be connected to a network via Ethernet cable-not included), install the driver software from the included memory stick, and print. The install took 5 minutes, including unpacking from the shipping box (by the way, they did a great job of packaging - very well protected). I tested it using a few labels I created with a third-party label maker (Label Live), and it printed much clearer than the previous, lesser-known brand printers we had been using. It looks like Westinghouse has a good product, with matching support on the website, so that we should be able to rely on this printer for some time. I picked this unit up as a test unit to make sure it would work in our manufacturing shop environment, and I'll probably order a dozen more to use as at-workstation part-label printers on our shop floor. I'm satisfied so far!

Firmware / print server on this machine is incomplete and does not work. Drivers are not well made and don't work reliably. prints fine
