My wife got a work from home job, and I ordered her this headset. She has used it five days a week for a couple months now. She has never had a issue with it. It stays connected. She said she can hear everyone she has to talk to clearly and they can hear her clearly. Good headset to use for work from home call center.

I’ve been using the headset for work calls and recordings, and I’m honestly really happy with it. The sound quality is crisp and clear, and the microphone picks up my voice perfectly no background noise or muffled audio.

This headset works perfectly. I can't use any of the ear pod type headsets, and this is very comfortable and sounds great!

Sound quality is only OK. They don’t feel very comfortable. I only wear them infrequently for work so I guess for the money it is OK. But if I had to wear them more frequently then I would probably return them and buy something more expensive and better.

Sound cut out without warning. Too risky to use with my high demanding teleservice occupation.

When I first got this it wouldn't work with my Pixel 9. The sound level was overly loud -- and that's saying a lot because my hearing isn't great -- and the volume couldn't be adjusted! The support staff worked with me and sent a replacement (I returned the original) and it has the same problem. Then I took a Pixel 9 update (to Android 16) and magically, the problem disappeared. So, this is to let the Android and Pixel users that if at first you don't succeed, wait for the update. It's a great headphone otherwise and the support was good.

Very clear audio on this headset, it's comfortable and lightweight.

I needed a replacement for an old Jabra headset and saw this one. It offered USB type C connector so I figured I could plug it onto my phone as well. When I got it I did a recording test comparing the sound of this headset and my old Jabra and I was impressed with the voice quality on the recording. The sound on both ears is also amazing and this headset is definitely worth for the price line, beating some on the upper layers easily. It feels sturdy, it worked on all computers I tried it and also my android phones. Sure recommend it.

Works really well. Had it attached to my mobile phone and it seems to be clear in hearing and microphone is clear to the recipient too. That's perfect for the price and seem comparable to some other's I have at hand. There's a USB-C connector plus an converter adapter for USB-A. Seems really clear in sound and voice.
