I bought this as a gift for my niece and she just loved it! The rain function wasn't working however, but got in contact and they are sending me a new one. Even if that didn't happen she loves it. ( she didn't know it could do that!) Great for little one that want a cool night light and fog affect. It small, doesn't take much water incase of being knocked over, and I'm not the best uncle. So great product

I love this diffuser! It’s so satisfying and relaxing. It’s a must have for your home or room. The sounds are calming and it really does sounds like rain drops. I also really appreciate that it already comes with essential oils to help you get started. The colors are vibrant and the smells are great. I personally haven’t had any problems with it. If you take care of it, it will last! Great option for a gift or just to have for yourself. I definitely recommend this diffuser!

It was cute and fun at first but then it stopped working, I have tried all recommended things and just beeps at me and no longer turns on, was not worth what I paid

My first order unfortunately was faulty, but their customer service agreed to send me a replacement straight away! Can't knock the service I've had from them.

This product is a fail on so many levels. This product does not create mist, does not rain, and the buttons do not work. The LED function is the only thing that works correctly. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, I am returning it because it is just plain defective.
