These PAVOI earrings are so delicate and pretty — exactly what I was hoping for. It took me a minute to figure out how to screw on the backs properly, but after that, they stayed put all day. The flat back is a huge bonus! I’m a side sleeper, and it’s so nice not to feel anything poking me at night. Really happy with this purchase!

Looks exactly like the listing and It’s the perfect size for my helix and tragus piercing! It being threadless and the flat back definitely make life easy so I’m not stabbing myself with the back of the piercings. I’ve had them in my ear for about two months now and there’s been no tarnishing, or bending. They haven’t fallen out once! It’s exactly what I was looking for.

It is as described. Have it in my conch for 3 days now, no flare ups or soreness. It is shiny and catches me off guard sometimes when I see it shine. It is a little bigger than what I wanted but that is on me.

I mainly bought these because of the very tiny sizes and great variety of different designs. I honestly wanted the tiny bow the most and all other pieces were a bonus. I absolutely LOVE how cute and tiny these are! Most other jewelry pieces aren't nearly as small. I do wish some of the pieces like the bows and the hearts were even smaller, as they are still larger than I'd prefer for my tragus piercings. I've been wearing thse a week now and they look beautiful and haven't irritated my ears at all (all my piercings are over 20yrs old, so idk about newer piercings with these.) I do wish the color looked more natural (it doesn't really look like real gold.) Overall the quality has been pretty good, but I accidentally broke 2 of the gem studs today when trying to change them (my fault, but still very sad about it), so be very careful with pushing the studs into the backs if you feel resistance because you might accidentally bend them. I would definitely buy these again and plan on buying the other set with just the studs. I also would love to see these in silver color and maybe a set with AB crystals instead of just clear. Also, any redness on my ears in my photos is because I just swapped out some of the studs and not from irritation.

Super cute set if you have multiple piercings and the quality is nice, worth the money

First- The post started to bend/break as soon as I started to separate the back from the libret, and broke off from the climber as I tried to insert it in the back to try it on. Second- These are not as pictured, with rounded edges on each petal. The whole thing is flat as if it’s straight off the laser cutter, which would make them uncomfortable to lay on, which makes a flat back wearing semi-pointless, provided you could get it in without breaking. Not convinced they’re titanium.

Looks better than the picture. Good quality, it feels sturdy. The backing is very comfortable and easy to twist on. It comes with one facing left and right, and an extra backing. Love it, definitely recommend.

It’s cute but suuuuuuuuper tiny. Like itty bitty. The photos aren’t clear just how small it is.

Very pretty, looks delicate. I started using it for a helix piercing I've had for a month, and had to replace the starter earring. Been using it for about 2 months now. No issues so far!
