Collector Playset, Harry Potter Compact with 5 Dolls and 11 Accessories

I bought this as a cute little toy to stow away for future grandchildren. The item comes in a beautiful HP-themed box. The pieces are exactly as pictured (note, the candles do NOT light up, but they are "realistic). The detail, quality, and theming are perfect and represent scenes in the book well. I'm quite impressed with this toy and can't wait to share it with my family.

Super cool and fun, very detail oriented. It came with lots of props, I wish there were more! There characters themselves are detailed, however their arms don’t move, their heads do not turn, only their legs move. I think it would be so cool if they offered extra-purchase characters like Snape or Draco, maybe even the 3!headed dog or the troll? But they provide 5 characters which is pretty cool. It’s definitely playable while you can also display it as just a collectors item

Received this today for my 12 year old's birthday. I wish it lit up, other than that it reminds me of my Polly Pockets from the 90s. It is adorable, the details are fantastic the box is premium!!! BUT the Mattel box was damaged even though it was inside an undamaged Amazon box which damaged the Harry Potter Polly Pocket box, that is why I am giving it 4 stars...as that sucked, we saved the box :(. This arrived much earlier than I anticipated. The paint job, figurines, and accessories are great quality!!! I really wish Snape, Hagrid, or Draco could have been included but they ticked the right boxes! The "push through wall" the dropping candles, the sorting hat with spinning houses, all the small details were thoroughly enjoyed and this item is one that will be cherished and it has already been remarked that it's an item she hopes to show off to her friends as an adult or possible future children as the "cool thing she was one of the first to get back in the day"!! Would totally buy again and easily spend $50, just wish our box wasn't dented up.
