Got this one so they can get their hair ready on the weekends and feedback has been very strong and very good saying that it is quick and easy use and high quality.

I love that it heats up fast. My curls came out very beautiful with lots of bounce.It has a comfortable grip while curling.The iron glides smoothly on my hair without any pulling. I love that it has an automatic shut off which helps if left unattended. Also I like being able to control the temperature setting as needed.

So I’m used to using hot tools at 450 degrees and this one only goes to like 230 degrees. But when I used it on my cousin it worked out great so it just depends on the hair style. I have very long and thick hair so this specific crumpet doesn’t work on me.

This is a crimping iron- it will give you tight crimped waves, but not bouncy curls like in the photos.It does heat up quickly- you can see it counting up to the desired temperature on the screen. The temperatures are in celsius so it's a bit of a guessing game on temperature selection. The real issue I have with this is the button placement. I hit them constantly with my finger when I am using this, turning it off or adjusting the temperature.

My wife liked this crimper for what it is. It gave her some nice waves. That being said as other reviewers have mentioned the button placement makes it really difficult as you are constantly messing with the temp or turning it off which is a bit frustrating but at the price point compared to other products that yield similar results it's not too bad.
