The MeloAudio USB C MIDI Cable, Type C to USB 2.0 MIDI Interface Cable for Midi Controller works great with my MIDI controller and my Windows 11 computer. It has great connectivity and compatibility with all my music keyboards with this USB type connectors. The quality is good. The sound quality is good and did not notice any noise. It's easy to use, just plug it in.

Connected from my Aleisis Recital Pro MIDI to my IPad Air with USB 3. My Simply Piano app is now using the MIDI for note sounds, so that is perfect.

This also works with fire tablet max 11 and the flow keys app for the Yamaha electric piano.

Well made, tight fitting cable, I'm sure great for most purposes. However, if you happen to be buying it for audio, I did have some background noise issues with this cable. My particular use case was connecting a usb condenser mic (usb b 2.0) to an iPad Pro 5th generation (usb c). The mic came with a usb-b to usb-A cable, which always worked perfectly with the iPad through a dock. For unrelated reasons, however, I bought an Apple Magic Keyboard, which doesn't have a USB-A port, so I bought this usb-b to usb-c to try to connect the mic directly. Plugging in this Melo-Audio cable, there immediately was an EMI-like background hum that was audible on both the headphone monitor and subsequent test recordings. I tried multiple troubleshooting tests, everything from unplugging the pass-through power on my Magic Keyboard, using the iPad without the keyboard or plug-in power, cleaning my iPad usb-c port, cleaning the Mic usb-b port, repositioning cables, repositioning the iPad on different surfaces, ruling out potential external interference sources, adjusting the sampling rate, tried both mono and stereo, tried switching between GarageBand, the native iPad camera on video, iPad Voice notes, and a third party voice recorder app. In every configuration, the hum remained identical and never stopped as long as the mic was on. I plugged the mic in again with my original usb-a/dock configuration, and the noise disappeared. So I then bought two more usb-b to usb-c cables. The first one, which was only a few bucks more than this Melo-Audio cable, worked perfectly. I'm not an audio engineer, but I listened as closely as I could through studio headphones, and it sounded very good to me. The tone (acoustic instrument recording) sounded maybe (maybe) a little brighter from my original usb-A hookup, but the difference was so slight that it could have simply been microphone placement or something like that. The important point is that everything immediately sounded great when I plugged in my old usb-A cable, and also when I replaced the Melo-audio usb-c cable with the new usb-c cable. Most importantly, the hum was completely gone with the new usb-c cable. Here's the info for that worked for me: Cable Creation, product# CC0011. USB 2.0 TYPE-C MALE TO TYPE B MALE, 2m (6.6 ft). I think it was ten bucks or so. When the second cable comes, I'll post a follow-up here if there happens to be a significant improvement in sound. Seems unlikely because the one by Cable Creatio really does sound good. So, as things stand, if you're looking at this Melo-Audio cable for an audio hookup instead of a printer or whatever, maybe think twice if your intended use case is similar to my attempt to use it for usb mic audio recording. Given a do-over, I definitely would have bought the Cable Creation one. There are many high end cables that might sound better to a pro, but I'm an experienced musician and the one by Cable Creation does sound really good to me. Also, it's inexpensive, and, best of all, no background hum.

Highly recommend this for speaker. I have a klipsch the three 2 which needs usb for hi-res music connect with MacBook. So bought this without noises

I've used this cord for a while to connect my Roland keyboard to my computer and it works great, I haven't had any issues.

Works exactly as advertised! I use it to connect my MIDI keyboard to my MacBook and there are no issues at all.
