Could i use this filter in my deco mini tank

I have checked your tank out and If it's 10 litres then I think this filter will be too powerful. You would be better with a small air driven filter sponge that sits on the bottom, especially as your tank isn't rectangular and it might be tricky attaching a filter to the sides.

would this fit in the back of the Fluval 34l

Yes ,I've a similar size tank and it's perfect for it , suction cups aren't great tho ,but filter is very good for the price

Anyone else had defective units sent? I've had one break after a month just from turning off the plug and the replacement I've just unboxed is same!!

I’ve had no problem with my one ….I also kept the old one I replaced ….as a spare ….must admit initially I didn’t think it was as good but it’s been ok . There must be a problem with the ones you’ve got ….I very nearly got a more powerful pump ……I’d get them to send you another one !!!
