Loop Experience 2 Ear Plugs - Stylish Certified Hearing Protection

First off, these are amazing. I was taking my kids to a rock concert and was debating over foam earplugs, headphones, etc...and figured that since I have Loops myself (and LOVE them), I'd get them each a pair. Now, I've never worn mine to a concert before so I was expecting the same effect as regular earplugs. I thought it would just make everything more quiet. Boy, was I wrong. I'm not sure how they work, but they filtered out all of the "noise" and somehow enhanced the music / vocals that were being performed. I could hear the music clear as a bell but not any of the noise around me. I took one out for a few seconds to hear the difference and all of that noise came to the forefront and I couldn't hear the music as well. I left the concert with no hearing loss, no ringing, nothing. Just a great experience. My ears typically get sore from wearing earbuds, but I don't have any of that with Loop. My kids loved them as well. They could hear the music and didn't have any hearing issues after. My son is more sensitive to sound, so he wore his with a set of the Mutes, and had a great time. I'd highly recommend these to anyone. They actually work, are comfortable (I've even slept in mine), and they last. I've had mine for years. Worth every penny!

Great for motorcycle helmet use without blocking everything out I purchased these Loop Experience 2 ear plugs specifically to wear under my motorcycle helmet on long trips, and they worked very well for that purpose. These are not a total block-out style ear plug, which is exactly what I wanted. The 17 dB reduction helped cut down the wind and road noise without making me feel disconnected from everything around me. I was still able to hear my helmet communications and surrounding sounds, just at a more comfortable level. I tried a couple of other ear plug styles before these, and the Loop Experience 2 fit my ears the best without causing pressure or ear aches. That matters a lot when wearing them under a helmet for extended periods. Fitment is important. They do need to seal properly to work the way they should. I actually had to use two different size tips, one for each ear, to get the best fit and performance. Since they include several tip options, I was able to get them dialed in pretty well. I never thought I would pay around $40 for such a tiny item, but after wearing them comfortably for up to about 3 hours at a time on a long motorcycle trip, my ears thanked me. Overall, these worked great for motorcycle riding, especially if you want to reduce noise without completely blocking out your helmet comms or surroundings.

This earplug is comfortable to wear for hours and it doesn’t cause any discomfort or pain in the ear like normal earbuds do. The medium tip was too big for me as it will pop out after a few minutes. Tried the small tip and it fits comfortably for hours. I can still hear music clearly and can have conversations if speak loud enough and close proximity. It does muffled any high pitch or background noise like refrigerator or traffic outside or kids playing outside. This is perfect for concerts or school rally or any place that is loud as it helps muffle any loud sounds and make it more bearable.

I bought this a couple of months ahead of my concert experience testing it out at the movies (imax releases). I even used it at a concert movie experience as a test. The loop 2 filtered out the talking of the people nearby without sacrificing the sound of the songs being played. It also was comfortable to wear and had many options to customize the fit to your ear. The case made it easy to carry around and store! I’ve used it at the concert and at least 5 movies. This was the best investment to protecting my hearing in the long-term.

These earplugs are pretty great for loud environments! They are very easy to put on and are well constructed. They are very comfortable as well. My only grief with them is if I’m at a concert and I’m singing and have these in, I can hear myself louder than anything around me. I guess that’s a good thing because that means it’s protecting your hearing and is sealing off sound correctly, but I’m a singer so I have to keep one earplug in and the other out😅 still pretty great though!! Music sounds great when you have these in, so you don’t have to worry about destroying your experience at a concert. Pretty great product!

Just to preface and help sell you on these ear plugs: I wore these to a sold out rock concert consisting of ‘From Ashes to New’, ‘Coheed & Cambria’, and ‘Shinedown’ at Thompson Boiling Arena in Knoxville, TN (an indoor venue that accommodates up to 25k people). To say it was a loud event is an under statement. I was skeptical on the Loop earlier plugs because I thought it was a lot of money and it might not be that good. I decided that there is no price on the protection of one’s hearing. These were the best purchase I could have made and are an absolute game changer. I wore these from 6:50pm to 11pm and they did great! After 5 hours of wear, my ears didn’t hurt and they didn’t ring. The overall volume was taken down a notch without sacrificing the music. I could hear people, but not someone beside me. You will hear yourself signing and/or talking, but just note that no one else will! I love the case, as it is small, portable and can be thrown into my wristlet. The case does a pretty good job on holding the ear pieces, but I would not trust the carrying loop at the top as it is just a plastic cord, very similar to what you would string bigger jewelry beads on. For me that is not a make or break, like I said I kept it in my wristlet at the concert and it was fine. If you made it to the end of the review, just buy they already! How much more convincing do you need?

These work surprisingly well! It's crazy how you can still pretty much hear all the noises and the "treble" sounds crisply and clearly; yet, the painful edge of the loud, low sounds is somehow removed. I can now attend much louder environments without leaving with hurting, hissing ears! Also, I don't feel as self-conscious wearing these as when wearing traditional earplugs. I love how they slide into my ears so easily but can also very simply be plucked out. They actually feel stylish and smart, as opposed to awkward. It's like wearing jewelry. And the case is super convenient.

I’m sensitive to loud noises, so I don’t typically go to rock concerts or loud movies. When I saw that these were recommended for people like me, I decided to try them. After receiving them, I went to a really loud movie to test them. There was a substantial reduction in the perceived volume – it was still loud but no longer deafening. I took the earplugs out a couple of times to make sure my evaluation was accurate, and the sound was extremely loud. With the earplugs in, I could understand the dialog just fine, and there was no difference in the audio quality. I appreciate the fact that these earplugs aren’t battery-operated, so I don’t have to worry about keeping them charged. I can just keep the little case in a pocket of my purse so I always have them when I need them. They’re pretty, too. A friend asked if I was wearing a new style of ear fashion. They’re not too ostentatious, though. The earplugs come with a variety of tip sizes – medium size is already installed. I’m very pleased with these earplugs, and my eardrums are grateful!

Concernant les bouchons Loop Experience 2, ils font exactement ce que j’attendais, ils réduisent le volume ambiant tout en laissant passer la musique de façon assez claire. On entend toujours les détails mais sans l’agressivité du son fort, ce qui est vraiment appréciable en concert ou en événement bruyant. Ils sont aussi assez confortables à porter et les différentes tailles d’embouts permettent de trouver facilement la bonne. Une fois en place, ils tiennent bien et restent discrets. Petit détail, l’étui est assez compact, donc il faut un peu de pratique pour remettre les bouchons dedans rapidement. Sinon rien à redire, c’est un bon compromis pour protéger ses oreilles tout en profitant de la musique.

Son muy buen producto se ajustan muy bien a la oreja y son muy discretos por su tamaño que son muy chiquitos y también son muy ligeros, los pedí negro y se camuflan muy bien casi no se notan, el sonido se escucha muy bien a pesar de tenerlos puestos nomás los agudos se pierden tantiton, pero aún así se distinguen, en mi caso los uso para conciertos y me gusta estar hasta delante y con ayuda de estos tapones me evitó el daño auditivo y me la paso bien, aparte también trabajo en eventos y tengo que manejar el Audio y en esas jornadas largas me ayudan a mantener sano mis oídos

Reviewing after a year. I can't ride without these now , blocks out wind, tyre, road and and heavy vehicle noise - but horns are audible. Comfortable on ears. Can wash. Don't feel the motorcycle high revs noise anymore so can rev it higher without irritation. Feel less fatigue. So much better then the foam plugs. Bit pricey but worth it. All riders should get a pair.
