This is a great product. The functionality was great. It was easy to connect to my phone, my wife did struggle a bit so you may need somebody to help with that. It was a great price for what it is. The picture quality is amazing on it, I wish it was a little bigger of an area that it projected. The cleaning is very easy you wipe it off with the paper towel and you're done. I would buy it again and probably will at least one more.

I used a q-tip and it blocked my ear completely for a day, I was freaking out so I ordered this. Too scared to do it myself, I asked my husband to use it. I was still scared and it felt so strange but I swear by it now. It was immediate relief, the worry was gone, it was easy to use and get connected. I love it.

Works good

The camera can be disorienting, but is fair quality and still gets the job done well, the heated tip does make it comfortable to use and even without the tips it is viable enough that it doesn't hurt. Be careful when going near eardrum, if you have hair ears visibility is wonky.

I had a piece of hair in my ear for 2 weeks. Every time I'd clean my ear I'd hear a paper bag crunching sound in my ear and knew what it was. I'm not going to post what I saw, it was cool, but tmi I feel. I was able to pull the hair out and now I'm going to use this little tool in the shop because I'll probably never need it for my ear again

You can't connect to your current Wi-Fi network it makes you connect to some type of sketchy network that's not secure. There are no instructions on how to connect to any of the type of network like your own. Waste of money. I really like my money back for it.

Works as described. Easy to set up and easy to use. Picture quality was good and battery lasts.
