I am very pleased with this laminator machine. It appears to be good quality and works as described. I haven't needed to use the Never Jam Technology so far but I am grateful that it has it.

Good laminator that I have hammered, love the temp control and the ability to remove jammed sheets (happened once out of a 100 pack and I was pushing my luck with what I put through) recommended

Sadly after only having this laminator for a month I am unable to use it anymore. The never jam function failed on me. This was the main reason why I bought this specific laminator. A laminating pouch has jammed inside the machine and there is no obvious way to retrieve the paper. Will need to purchase a different laminator for work instead.

I needed a laminator in school so I bought this one, hesitantly, if I can add because I wasn't sure, they choice of laminators was just overwhelming.So it was delievered and so far, 4 months later it is going strong. I use it and my peers, regularly, and it is a very handy item to have around. I would only say use a piece of folded card to feed in the paper so that it does not crinkle up.
