Review after 11months of use
After almost 1 year of use I can confirm that the robot clean well during the first 6 months. Also I have 2000 sq.f floor to be clean and the robot was able to do it relatively good in several sections. The problems started later when I change the accessories and the mops are falling out, the brush keep tangling hair. My advise is to use it in small area and avoid carpets.

Not the robovac you want, not the robovac you need
This particular model was my very first robovac. Initially, it was good and I was happy, but after almost a year's worth of usage (20-25) times, I have to say this robovac is more of a headache than a convenience. The robovac deletes the map randomly, and the software is glitchy. I had to babysit this more than I can remember. The robovac gets stuck in wires easily and loses its mopping pad. There are instances where this robot has mopped my entire house without having a wet mop, only for me to later realize that 4-5 hours it spent were useless because the house hadn't actually been mopped. To anyone looking for a robovac, please stay away from this one and look elsewhere. Amazon support has been incredible for me, and that is the only reason I am giving this item a 2-star; otherwise, it would be 1.

Not recommending it for below reasons
Not recommending it for below reasons: The hair keep getting stocked in the "Zero Tangle Brush" which supposed not to catch the hair, It make strange sound always while moving, It did delete the map by it self suddenly, Strange very bad smell coming from the dust bag area, and it showing me the bag is full within 2 weeks from usage despite they told it can last for 60 days, after checking the bag it was really empty. so many other errors which keep dust inside the robot small box, and not cleaning the edges as they mentioned. Very bad experience with this device that make me regret it daily. I cant give it lower than 1 star any way...

No camera, cleans fine but with some shortfalls
Vaccume dosnt have camera. Body is very spacious. Also program wasnt working propertly when am outside of apartman. When am in apartman he had one spinning and not performing program, dont know why. Generally it cleans very good, but overall I wasnt satisfied for amount of money I paid. So I returned.

Not as good as expected, but does satisfactory performance
It's by far better than its own brands contemporary robot Ecovacs X2 Omni which seems to be failed experiment of putting LIDAR sensor one one side rather than traditional Top mount Lidar sensor. Love the 3D maps that Ecovacs offers. Only issue is this robot goes back more often to base station if wet mop settings are kept on any higher than its default, this is probably due to lack on Built-in water tank in robot itself. Also it vibrates too high while vacuum setting is high. ( although nothing blocked inside vacuum and as seen on clean floor)
