Good clarity
I’ve had it a few weeks and it’s working well. I do have to unplug it and plug it back in for the speakers to work occasionally. It’s almost like it disconnects but it’s not a big deal. Sound is nice and clear and people say they hear me clearly. Happy with my purchase.

Great Sound bar home
Just received this today. Its perfect size and easy to plug and play. Sound is good for what I need. I also used the extra USB ports for charging my cell phone while at desk. Sound control, you use your computer for that. I love it

What A Waste
11 months of usage and the external speaker completely died. Tried on a different computer and still no sound. I wasted my money…

Good Laptop Accessory
This is a very nice little item to use for conference calls with a laptop. Small laptop I have doesn't have speakers and this worked great for conference calls on the road. Connected without any special drivers on Win11 immediately. it is about 1" square and 7" long so fits nicely in a laptop case compared to other USB speakers and then gives you extra USB Ports to boot. This is not a Thunderbolt type of device as it plugs into a regular USB Port and not USB-C so don't expect video or LAN ports. Works great for what it is. simple and efficient.

Who gets muted?
The mute button doesn't mute me when I speak. Not sure about it
