So I really like this fan because it's really big. The light is kind of bright but it has three different modes. Only problem is that the light does not dim like some other ceiling fans that I've had in the past. The light kind of stayed on a little bit when I turn the light off and had the fan on. But I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new light panel and fix the problem. This is a great fan if you have a really large room.

I am so happy with these fans. We bought 3 for our outdoor patio and they work great! They are super quiet, the look great and they move serious air with the 8 fan blades. We had an issue with the light mechanism on one of them (it would only do 4k color and wouldn't do the 3k color) and we wrote into their customer service team and they quickly sent out a whole new light mechanism, as well as a new cover for the light AND a whole new controller mechanism and remote. Very very helpful. Also, it has 6 speed settings for the fan, which is great, and they go in reverse with the click of a button. Just awesome.

I bought the fan in April 2025. It was easy to install and looked nice from far away. I was disappointed that the globe included is made out of a flimsy plastic but from the ground it looked alright. Fast forward to September 2025, the fan stopped working entirely and then a weird pop noise happened and the light went out as well. My electrical circuits are fine, no fuses blown. The fan didn't overheat or anything weird. It just slowed down and then stopped and about 10 minutes later the light went out too.

Installed fairly easily. Only issue is the finish on one side peeled slightly during putting fan together. Light is very bright and 6 speed fan moves alot of air.

I purchased to of the fans to put on porch at our lake house. The wind is very strong and gusty a lot of the time and they do not move. They light kit is also sealed where bugs cannot get in them. Would absolutely purchase them again.

I’ve had this fan for a little over a year and it has already stopped working. Shame on me for not buying the extended warranty. Now I have to hire Electrician to come back out. Take it down from a 12 foot ceiling and install a new one. I have learned my lesson. I will buy the extended warranty next time. Beware of this fan. It lasted me only one year.

Replaced my old fan, Was easy to install. Comes with Remote Control with 6 speed setting. Fan is very quiet even on 6th Speed selection. Fan mounting is very Sturdy Never wobels.

Se ve muy lujoso y bonito , pero si lo qie estan buscando es que refresque o tire aire no lo hace , tiene muy poca potencia , si le pones en el nivel 3 es lo mismo que el nivel 6 no aumenta para nada la velocidad 👎🏻, agredo que después de 6 meses dejó de funcionar de la nada , sólo se apagó y ya , no recomiendo para nada este producto

I ordered this for our newly built home, installed in mid Oct 2025. It worked for about two weeks, seemed to short out and now no longer works. It’s a safety concern as well, as when it first happened it would flick on/off periodically, serging. I reached out to seller, no response.
