This leash is god sent but not very sturdy if you have k'9 that pull .. We are on our 4th one and it's always that day my beagle gets a wild hair and gets a rabbit scent and he pull one good time it's done but usually every 4-6 months or so !! Wish they had a more industrial model but definitely gets the job done ..

This leash is amazing. I have two Maltese dogs, Toby who is 4 years old, and Milo who just turned 2 years old. Toby always wants to pull and smell everything and Milo has not been on a leash too many times, but this leash was amazing and worked perfectly with both of them. I was a little worried because of some of the reviews, but I feel like those people are using this leash for much larger dogs then it is recommended for. It states that each leash is for 1 dog up to 50 lbs; therefore, if you have a dog that is larger than 50lbs then you shouldn’t use this leash. It doesn’t mean you can have a 25lbs dog on one leash and 75lbs dog on the other to total the 100lbs total for both leashes. It simply means no more than 50lbs max on either leash, so if you are having issues with this leash it is probably because you are not going by it’s instructions and warnings. Also, people need to read the manual that comes with this leash. I understand it is just a leash, but the instruction manual is there for a reason , and it is probably because somebody didn’t pay attention to the simplest things when using this leash. Anyway, enough about that…. When my dogs are zig zagging from side to side the leash is pretty fast at not allowing them to get tangled up, sometimes the two leashes are crossed and you have to just give a little manual spin… however, if you are patient the leash uncrosses by itself… eventually. The gel handle is nice, but like the reviews state that it ends up leaking or ends up melting in the high temperatures… I could see that possibly being an issue, or I can see how if it gets hot that it may end up being sticky…. I will write another review and add pictures once I use the leash more. However, this is one of the only double leashes I could find that allow both my dogs to roam freely without pulling each other. There is one more, but Amazon doesn’t sell it anymore, and I honestly don’t think I would like it as much as this one. It is called “Revolve a Leash”. I guess Amazon used to sell it, but they no longer carry it. I am assuming there must be a very good reason for this. I hope this review was helpful. Lastly, my Maltese dogs are a little over weight, with one weighing 10.5lbs and the other being 13.5lbs. I just wanted to give any of you readers an idea of what size dogs I am walking with this leash.

This is my fifth leash from this company in 14 months. This one lasted 2.5 months. That’s longer than the one with the flashlight. The flashlight one only lasts about 6 weeks. The flashlight is really bad too. I keep buying them because they are really the best option for walking two dogs at once. Update 2024-12-12 (down to one star): The first one broke at the lock feature. It would no longer stop one of the dogs. The second and third broke at the connection between the lead and the retractable line. So they are fragile... but they are the best option out there for walking two small dogs together. The design has a few things that I think could be improved upon, but I'm still about to buy another one. WIGZI, if you read this and have a warranty, I think I still have all three (saving for parts). I have now bought 14 wigzi leashes (two still operational). I wish they would give up their dual leash patent to someone who can actually manufacture a good leash. If you are set on these style of leashes, the LED one is much worse compared to the other dual leash option. I see they have a 2025 edition out now. Maybe it doesn't suck but I'm not holding my breath. If this were a car it would be high initial quality but no durability. I only walk my dogs 4-5 times a week (they have a dog door and yard and this is for recreation) but these things never last long. 12 broken leashes in less than 3 years with other leashes tried in the mean time? pretty bad I haven't tried their warranty because it wasn't worth the effort, but WIGZI, if you read this, I'm only like 10 miles from your home office. Fix this for me please! I'll come pickup the replacements and give you the trash I still have. See photo of how many of these crap leashes I've bought.

I have two small dogs, and this is one of two products that is a dual retractable non-tangling leash that I found on the Internet. Great idea, but the majority of the retractable leashes are cord (not tape), which will hurt a lot if it gets wrapped around your leg or around your dog. So I hope the manufacturer can make one with all tape to enhance the safety of the product. Many pet parents will likely pay more for tape leash. I do like the silicone top of the handle. This leash did not come with a poop-bag dispenser. (My other dual retractable non-tangling leash is the kind that Amazon also sells that has the flashlight and the poop-bag dispenser - that one is all tape on both sides, but its problem is with the buttons controlling the leashes - they are inferior to this product and more prone to sticking than this product. So now I have two different dual retractable leashes that I wish could be combined in one :-( )

This dual leash is the real deal. I’ve used mine for about 6 months now and it is excellent quality. I have two miniature Dachshunds. Don’t bother buying the cheaper dual leash they are garbage. One side always ends up breaking inside and you can’t lock it. This leash has stood up, and works as advertised. The silicone handle has stood up as well. It feels nice in your hand. I highly recommend it!!

I have an 8kg Parson Russell and a 1.8kg Papillon. This lead is really handy as it enables me to walk them in an open area where they can run, sniff and play. I suggest that you take it easy and not use the lead in busy areas until you're confident you can manage the dogs well enough to avoid obstacles. I currently use it in a large open space where there are a few obstacles so that I can train the dogs in responding to commands as they learn to negotiate their additional freedoms on the Wigzi lead. Do be very careful if you have dogs of mixed sizes, as I do. Take it slowly--you don't want to lose control of the lead and have one tearing off one way, dragging the other behind it. But such precautions aside (as well as those mentioned by the manufacturer), this is a great product. It doesn't tangle (the two leads are retracting and within a swivelling mechanism and its so easy to stop twisting from happening; in fact, the leads usually self-corrects). My dogs are independent and listen to me most of the time, but not always. I wouldn't get this lead if your dogs are strong and unruly. If they're well-behaved great. If not, you could find that they get you tangled up. Mine did initially, but I've learned how to manage the lead and I love using it. The gel handle is great. Very comfortable to grip. It's made walking them in open spaces lots of fun.
