Really effective and easy to use ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sealant did exactly what I needed it creates a strong, invisible waterproof seal that stops leaks without leaving a messy finish. Easy to apply with great coverage, and once it cures it feels tough and reliable. Perfect for sealing around bathrooms, windows, roofs, or anywhere you need confidence it won’t let water through. Very happy with how well it works!

Great once correctly applied and cured
It rained 3 days after I applied it and the surface went slimy as water was absorbed. I reapplied and a dry spell for a week allowed it to cure properly - lesson learned - allow for adequate drying before exposure to rain.
