I absolutely love this compact filter system. As I travel constantly and it folds down so nice. One recommendation though. Place it close to a sink when pouring through. If water over flows the filter the basket actually vibrates.Don’t let the custom filters bar you from buying this handy unit. A simple pair of scissors and a pack of cone filters. Keep one that came with the initial pack as your template and cut a few hundred at a time. Was in ukraine with this so had to figure out how to use this when filters were getting low. Found cone filters and cut them down. Win win.

I bought this for a camping trip and it worked very well! I thought I might regret not buying something that could brew multiple cups of coffee at once, but this works much faster than I expected and it's so easy to use. After seeing it in action, I realize it's actually quite convenient that it can make the perfect amount of coffee for any cup. The base is wide enough to sit steadily on bigger mugs, but the holes are concentrated in the center so it also works fine with thin travel mugs. Each cup took just a couple minutes to brew so our whole group had coffee in no time, and it tasted as good as the stuff we make at home. We used no. 2 filters as indicated and no one had issues with coffee grounds in their drinks. The filters were super cheap at our local grocery store.Since it functioned so well, I'm even happier I bought this over a big pot because it's so well-suited for travel! It's made of super strong and resilient silicone, so it's incredibly durable and easy to clean. It even came with a carabiner to hang it up to dry. It's lightweight and takes up very little packing space because it folds quite flat, but the outstretched funnel stands up very sturdily on its own. It was so hassle-free, I plan to use it at home as well when I only want a cup or two. I was very satisfied with the quality and the price, and I expect it will last a long time.

So this is my 3rd “coffee maker” for camping trips, and I have to say it’s the cheapest and easiest to use. I love my French press but cleaning it up while camping was annoying. With this it is just throwing away the filter. It’s also small to pack and easy to use. The only thing I had to learn was pour water slowly. Highly recommend if you’re looking for efficient cheap and easy clean up for making coffee.

I make pour over coffee every morning and had been bringing my non-collapsible dripper on camping trips and car trips. This collapsible one is much easier to pack and works just fine.

This pour over folds down flat which makes it easy to travel with. It comes with filters but I would recommend buying your own size 2 filters. The filters that come with it are cheap and break easily. This pour over is handy but does take a little longer to make since it is a little smaller. It fits well over many size coffee cups.
