This is an excellent toy, great value for the price. It has music, shape recognition features, and can be pulled along. The snail design is super cute, and my child loves it!

Comes well presented in a cardboard box with an open front, with the snail on full display and can even be tried out. It requires 2 aaa batteries which are included, so can be played with straight out the box. These are held securely in place under a screwed compartment, so little hands can't access them at all. It's a really good size, quite large and chunky in design. Wheels to push it along and string to pull it around. When going along, it spins it's shell. Large buttons in the shell, activates its lights and sounds. Theres lots of fiddly bits on the shell to do, spinning beads, flipping butterfly wings, slide ladybird and on the reverse theres 3 shaped pieces to place in cut out slots. Songs, phrases and sounds. Theres two level of sound, which is a decent volume, not too loud or quiet. It looks and feels of excellent quality and already withstood multiple tumbles and knocks to the floor. Goes well over both hard flooring and carpet. You can easily wipe it over to keep clean. Fun and engaging with its lights and sounds. Would even make a lovely gift.

The packaging was ripped, which was disappointing as it was a present.The toy also mal functioned.

This Is a fun pull along snail by Vtech, it's bigger than expected but still easy to pull long or join in the different fun activities with lights and sounds.The spinning shell design is fun , it will definitely encourage learning as well as play , as well as developing coordination and fine motor skills.The snail is well made and durable , it's colourful and bright with a fun friendly face , strong sturdy wheels and different fun numbers and games to help babies and toddlers learn as they play.The lights sounds and colourful wheel is a lot of fun for babies and may also encourage them to crawl or move around whilst playing with the toy snail , it's a fun durable toy.There are letters , numbers , sounds and shapes as well as small movable parts and buttons to press. It's a good value safe toy for young ones to learn and play.

The media could not be loaded. Although this is advertised as from 12 months I’ve given this to my 5 month old and he loves it. He isn’t able to pull it along yet so I have rolled and taped the string out of the way, but he’s able to push the buttons and play with the little toys on the front. The shell spins independently too so he’s been having a lot of fun using it like a steering wheel. The shapes are a good size and weight for him to grab, but too big to fully put in his mouth so other than needing supervision because of the size/weight of the toy and the string, it seems fine for younger ages.The quality of the build is great, solidly built with each piece feeling firmly fitted, even if moveable. There are 2 volume options so you don’t have it shouting at you and the lights are bright when pressed so you can easily see them in the day. The buttons have quite a few different phrases with some songs, counting, shapes and letters. These play at random but do encourage baby to look (if old enough to understand) as references their shell, colours etc.The only reason this isn’t a 5* for me is unfortunately I got 2 stars and a square in my box, rather than 1 of each shape. My son is too young to notice but it’s a shame we’re missing the circle and the 2nd star came instead. Worth just double checking when received if planning to save for a present, so you can get a replacement within the purchase window.

There are a lot of different toys around for babys what is best for you is going to be down to your preference, what you enjoy and what your baby enjoys.This toy is interactive, fun, colourful and plenty of fun noises, songs and sounds.This toy will I would expect will help encourage your baby to move around get upright and exercise. As well as provide a good variety of playtime.Overall I'd say this will make a great toy for babys and one that will support development and encourage play time and interaction.

Vtech makes great child safe toys and has for many years, this one is no exception.The spinny snail is a cute safe sensory toy, lots for the little one to learn and play with on this one and they can also take it for a walk.Overall, excellent quality and a sensible price, great for a gift.
