Good value
Does exactly what it is supposed to do, comes on at dusk and goes off at dawn. Looks neat on the wall and gives of a bright light plus low energy long life bulb keeps the cost minimal. Only criticism would be that the wiring being the push fit type can be a bit tricky to fit but not a major problem. Does seem a bit plasticky when you first take it out of the box but once it`s on the wall then it looks fine. Good value for what it is.

Just as expected
Having read all of the reviews, I expected the light cover to be difficult to remove (it was) and the wiring connection to be fiddly (not too bad). With the light sensor feature, I cam now just leave this to switch the light on each evening and off again each morning - perfect.Now it is fitted it looks good and works fine - would happily purchase another

Good value basic light
This is plain & functional & has turned out to be an excellent light for the area by our back door. We found it quick to fit, and removing the cover was much easier than some reviews had led us to believe. Even with a low-energy bulb (11w) it still gives better illumination than the old light it replaced.

Excellent light
This would have got 5 stars (cover is a bit difficult to remove is the only problem) but while I ordered it in chrome, I was sent a black one, which I had to use owing to time constraints. This is still a very good item with a nice throw of light with low electricity use.

Incorrect item
I bought this some time ago and only just got round to having it fitted (by a British Gas fully qualified electrician). The light did not have a solar sensor as expected, but a movement sensor which was no good for my location. Unable to return item as it's been so long since I purchased it so ive had to order another one elsewhere and this has been a complete waste :( The light looks decent for the money and it was a good price but that's as far as my good comments can go unfortunately

Inexpensive but effective.
Easy to install and cheap to buy. Slightly fiddly to wire up but not as bad as other reviewers found. Has been in use 24 x 7 for over a month. Time will tell whether it withstands the Scottish weather!
