Been wanting one of these for a long time. I did a lot of research before buying it too. When it arrived before even opened it the first thing you will notice is the quality of the packaging. When you get the unit out it goes along the same lines. It is just beautifully made piece. It has a nice compact look and is actually just smaller than my IPhone which I liked. It has a lovely rounded premium feel to it and the whole of the back feels like a slight rubbery black material so it doesn’t come out your hand easily. It has a lovely soft leather case that I didn't realise would come with it too.I have been charging me and my wife’s phones no problem. We have been using the rapid power port and after both phones it still always has loads of charge left. I owned one of these a few years back and it was chunky and seemed to power down quickly. This one seems to go on forever and it is quick to charge our phones.Really happy with my purchase on this one

I bought a 15,000 mAh powerbank a few months back and I can only charge my Samsung Galaxy S7 twice with it before it needs recharging.This Mr Cool one though, I've just charged my phone, my partner's and my kid's and it's still showing two lights on the LED power indicator - it's happily charging up my bluetooth earbuds now. The most amazing thing is, all this is just from the charge it had when I took delivery earlier on today. I've never even charged it and it's already performing better than the (supposedly bigger capacity) one I bought from Aldi. Awesome!It's really compact and neat, heavy as you'd expect, but you can comfortably slip it into your pocket no trouble. The finish is cool, matt black, and it comes with new type USB leads included, presumably because everyone's already got hundreds of the old type already.The packaging is worth a mention in itself - it feels like a real premium product when you're unboxing with its slight textured surface and "A gift for you" ribbon around it. Nice touches.In conclusion - great. Might get another one for my partner to keep in the car for emergencies.

After the initial disappointment at PD NOT working with LG G5 (quick charge 3.0 did). PD did work with S9 (quick charge did NOT) Seller offered a 25% refund for it not meeting expectations, so can't fault customer service.Both those phones accept PD and Quick Charge 3.0 / 2.0. So something is not quite up to spec.The iPhone X did draw 15W (9v) for a period of time with a Apple usb c lightning cable. This is probably the smallest battery pack that will fast charge an iPhone X / 8 or later using PD with the original Apple usb-c to lighting cable (no MFI exists for usb-c).

I got this power bank because it has fast charge capabilities compared to my old one that didn't, it a true fast charge and can charge my phone in about 40 minutes from 10% (Samsung s6). The quality is nice and feels premium and even comes with a little [P]LEATHER pouch that holds it snugly and obviously will stop it from being scratched. Over all great value for money as it includes all ports, quick charge and even type c. It comes with 2 small charging cables to easy to carry around with you and throw your phone on charge while it is in your pocket. It's quite sleak aswell so no bulky mess I your pocket

Item initially worked, charged it to full then charged my phone for around an hour. After this it stopped working, LEDs all off and power button unresponsive. Tried charging the power bank but nothing happened.The worrying part is the area around the usb-c port was still hot after the power bank had been disconnected. The area stayed hot for almost 24 hours so probably a short circuit somewhere. I would be wary of buying products from this manufacturer in the future considering the dangers of overheating lithium ion batteries and thermal runaway.

Battery capacity is as described. Small and light. Outputs are good. But one MAJOR flaw.This item supports pass through charging- meaning you can charge the battery pack while powering something from another port. HOWEVER, if fast charging a device from the USB C PD port, you can’t charge the device at the same time using the micro USB port - as the ports are too close together.

I love that you can charge this by either USB C or micro USB, it make a it much more likely that you'll be able to find a cord to charge it with!I took this camping this weekend and it was awesome. It was really fast at getting power into my phone and I have a large battery.The feel is very solid with an almost rubberized texture....I'm not quite sure how to describe the 'soft' feel.... it's durable enough to throw in a bag and go camping but nice enough to come packaged in a gift box. It's now on the list of things for me to get a gifts!

The product was adequately packaged. Not the best packaging. It also came with a leather pouch that honestly looked a bit tacky but has a snug fit.So I bought this a while ago and haven’t used it much at all as I ended up buying another randomly.On the first charge, the indicator lights just stopped working. So I have no idea how much power I have left, and or whether the unit is fully charged. The only button on it does not work at all.This has turned into a wasted purchase for me.
