I purchased the beAAtho Verona Mesh High Back Ergonomic Chair and overall my experience has been good. The chair looks stylish, the mesh back is comfortable for long working hours, and the build quality feels decent for the price. The assembly process was straightforward. However, during installation I noticed that one of the screws for the headrest was incorrect and could not be tightened properly. Because of this, I initially could not fix the neck support. I contacted the seller through WhatsApp support and they responded politely and quickly. They arranged a replacement screw and shipped it through courier. After receiving the replacement screws, I was able to install the headrest properly and the issue was resolved. I appreciate the seller's prompt response and helpful customer service. The chair is comfortable for daily use and good for home office work. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the wrong screw was included in the original package. Otherwise the product and support experience have been good. Overall, I recommend this chair for people looking for a comfortable and affordable ergonomic office chair.

The product appears to be of very good quality overall at this price point. The base with castors is firm, vertical hydraulic cylinder shaft is well built, hand rest is good. Seat locks and tilt work well. It's comfortable but I haven't used it to be seated for an extended time period like office hours. A few things could be better without much increase in cost of production or effort. The screw hole bores at the back of the backrest were not flush with some plastic material chipping off forming a burr. I weigh 92kg and I bought it to serve as an office chair at home. The seat feels tilting to the right a bit. The back rest tilt feels like it will tip over at the back. I am happy with the product so far but its durability and longevity remains to be seen after say 6 months. I haven't tried other products yet but at this price point, I doubt one can get any better.
