Excellent tea!

Absolutely delicious! You can really taste the lemon, but it's not tart, just so smooth. Some teas and coffees are too acidic and upset my stomach, but not this tea.

Both the tea and the lemon flavor seem kinda weak, but if you just want your cup of hot water to not be plain water flavored it'll do. The bags are just loose in the box, so may have lost some potency due to not being in individual/sealed packages. When pulling the string off from where it's lightly glued to the teabag, it may occasionally tear holes in the bag, but they do not seem to be large enough to excessively leak tea leaves/grains if you use it anyway.

FOR DEDICATED TEA DRINKERS, THIS HITS THE SPOT!!!! USUALLY ADD LEMON SLICES. THIS CUTS OUT 1 STEP DELICIOUS!!!

I'm happy I found this product. Here's the thing - I don't like coffee, but I do like tea. I especially like tea with lemon (and honey if available). So, at work, my employer has free coffee, hot chocolate, and an assorted teas. One of those was Bigelow's "Lemon Lift", and I enjoy it at work, which is fine. However, I wanted to be able to enjoy the same, or similar, convenience of a black tea with lemon at home. So, I hit my local stores.... and no one had anything like it. So, I hop on Amazon, first searching for the "Lemon Lift" - and up popped this Lipton Black Tea with Lemon as an similar, but alternative, product. Pricewise, it was better than the Bigelow product, so what the heck, I took a chance and ordered this Lipton Black Tea with Lemon. It's great! It is definitely at least as good as what I get at work, and it might actually be better! Interestingly, I'm finding that each tea bag actually is strong enough to generally make two decent mugs of tea, so it's even more cost-effective than I'd hoped for. The tea bags that Lipton uses for this are cute pyramid-shaped bags, instead of the flat ones. That also enhances the tea - apparently the shape allows for the tea to better expand during the steeping process, and has great brewing efficiency than round and square tea bags. In short - if you want black tea with lemon notes, and don't always have a fresh lemon to add, this is a great alternative.

Tea is just OK with mild lemon flavor and the teabags are a plastic mesh that I don't want to put in my compost bin.
