The box arrived well-packaged and was very easy to assemble. Perfect for protecting deliveries securely. Its metal structure feels solid and secure. I like that it has a lock, so I can keep my deliveries safe.

Came with tools including a metal wire and lock to lock it to a post or wall, screwdriver stripped out tho, not the screws, the actual screwdriver, just normal Philips, can halfway open box and reach in and grab small packages, but perfect for larger ones, buy some cheap sticks, and its basic and works great for the price

Nice delivery box for outside use. The full metal frame feels solid and secure, and the lockable design gives me peace of mind knowing my packages are protected from theft. The size is perfect for medium and large deliveries, and it easily fits on my porch without taking up too much space. It’s completely waterproof and holds up well in bad weather, keeping packages dry and safe. Now that this is assembled, it's a great product that's working well for me. The lock works well, although my local hardware store wasn't able to make me a second key for my housemates; I'm not sure if there's a way to get a duplicate from the manufacturer. However: I have a PhD in engineering, and assembling this was extremely frustrating even for me. The biggest issue is that it was difficult to get the holes to align, and the included screws are really not the right screws for the job - even discarding the included screwdriver and using my own tools, getting them to thread was infuriating. If I were to assemble another one of these (which I really hope not to), I would buy my own self-tapping screws to save myself the headache and several hours of frustration.

Main grip is they supplied machine bolts not sheet metal screws. Trying to line up the panels while attempting to start those machine bolts is worse than trying to wrestle a bob cat in a tall tree! Nearly impossible to get started and those tight spaces makes in difficult not to strip the cheap head screws. I wound up using my own hardware to get this thing together. It comes with a cable and lock to tie the box down. I'd suggest throwing those away and buying your own cable and lock. Or just drill holes in the bottom and bolt to floor. My other concern is fragile packages like crackers and light bulbs. Even this short drop may damage them. I'm putting foam panels in the bottom to minimize this possibility. Minus one star for the wrong hardware. Another one for the cheap lock and cable. Oh yea, Don't worry about those two silver metal trays on each end of the package. Those don't go with this drop box! They are to protect the drop box from possible shipping damage! After assembly I kept wondering where those would go. The instructions don't tell you about the small black brackets either. Those go on the back of the drop box to thread the tiny wire cable through. Really poor design. Drop box I believe will function fine. Water proof? that remains to be seen.

I bought this to replace a plastic one that fell apart. It's metal and heavy duty. The locks are a little cheap but still hold up well. The opening is not for very large size packages but so far everything we ordered they can fit it through. I am impressed. Easy to assemble. Its worth the money. Stands up well against monsoons.

Easy to assemble even with 1 person. Do suggest you use your own screwdriver. Sturdy and keeps my deliveries safe and secure. Metal material all around. No problems with packages being too wet even on really rainy days. Obviously will get a little wet when opening top to deliver but nothing too bad.
