My first gaming chair
I don't have standards for these as it's my first one. But I do like it very much, comfortable & the massager is awesome, much bigger than my previous one as well. I recommend it but as I've said, it's my first one.

Couldn't ask for more at the price.
It is roomy, comfortable, and I was able to shift into my favorite gaming position with no issues. It wasn't hard to put together at all. In fact it more of a work out opening the packaging than actually putting the chair together itself. I wad surprised to realize I can even work on my paining sitting in that chair. It's much more than for gaming.

Altogether is A good chair so far.
The media could not be loaded. The chair is comfortable so far. It's my first day. The massage chair is very mild massage. Head piece should be adjustable for short people. I have to detach it and sit it behind my head. The company responds quickly to our concerns which I appreciate. I will do update in A month.

The Chair looks good, the quality I'm not sure about.
The media could not be loaded. I received this chair today, unboxing went well and all of the parts were present. Immediately after I got all of the pieces lined up for assembly, I noticed that there were small perforations in the material. I also noticed that the metal for the foot rest support was chipped. After I assembled the chair, I noticed that the lumbar support is not adjustable at all as it doesn't lock in to any other position but the first one, I'm also not really sure how to set it back to default since the instruction manual didn't have anything related to that. The bottom cushion is hard, but I figure it just needs a break-in period. The material does feel extremely cheap. I own a Dowinx and a Razer gaming chair and they both have a higher quality material feel. Overall I'm concerned that the material will eventually wear/tear, and there is no adjustable lumbar support.Pros:Looks GreatRemovable CushionReclineCons:Broken LumbarPerforated MaterialCheap Material FeelUpdate: 08/17/2023Vigosit responded to me about the issues I was having with the chair and offered to refund or replace.I'm going with a replacement since the chair has done pretty good this past 24 hours. The bottom support cushion as adapted to my bottom and feels a lot more comfortable. Still no luck with the adjustable lumbar but I'm hoping the replacement will take care of that. I will add an additional star per this update. When the new chair comes and it has zero issues I will add an additional starUpdate: 08/27/2023After they responded with offering to send me a new chair on 8/17/2023, a few days passed (5) and I was told that they are having problems with there email system and that they haven't been able to receive or see emails. They then asked for my address to send the replacement chair at which I obliged on 8/22/2023.It is now 8/27/2023 and I haven't heard back from them.Update - 4/18/2024I did ultimately receive the replacement chair. It did a very good job for about 6 months before I started to notice that the cushion on the has a permanent dip.I wouldn't recommend this chair for anyone that weighs 200+ pounds and sits in it for more than 5 hours a day.

Just keep searching
No lie, even if the price has dropped, keep looking. The only thing that works well on this chair is the heated massage cushion. A year ago, they charged me $160 for this chair, now they're struggling and charging $89. Don't fall for their games like I did, I've been struggling with the chair for an entire year and got tired of it, and replaced it with an ergonomic office chair instead. The foot rest does not stay in place, and it's wobbly and weak, the chair does not sit upright and instead, leans back at an angle. And the arm rests, are the worst arm rests I've ever had in any chair in my life. I was warned about someone else who bought this chair about the arms, but I ignored and bought the product anyways and I so wish that I had listened. The arm rests loosens every time you put pressure on them, meaning, any pressure at all on the arm rests, and the screws will come loose. I've screwed in the arms using several different types of tools and drills and techniques to ensure that they'd stay in place, but nope! Every week or two, I am having to go back and screw back in both arms rests. They are not sturdy whatsoever, and you'll soon find out if you order this chair. In a full recline position, the chair will literally fall over. Do not recline fully in this chair, no matter if you're lightweight or heavy, this chair is definitely not meant to fully recline, even though it's a basic feature for this product. I had to come back a year later to leave this review for you guys, and I hope this review gets accepted so that others won't get scammed out of their funds. Whether the chair is priced at $160, or $89, it's still not worth the $100 and won't last 3 months without an issue.
