These tongue scrapers are durable and good quality stainless steel. Make sure you clean and disinfect after each use, before the next tongue cleaning. Each member of my family has 2 and have been using this for years now. It’s easy to use. Remember that behind good dental hygiene comes good health, fresh breath and a good dentist visit. One last thing, make sure you don’t overlook to clean the inside of the 2 sides where the actual scraper curves.

I’ve been using this 2-pack of tongue scrapers for a few weeks now, and they really do make a difference. The stainless steel feels sturdy and much more effective than the plastic ones I’ve tried in the past. They clean well with just a quick rinse, and I appreciate that the pack comes with two, so I can keep one at home and one in my travel bag. After using it, my mouth feels fresher and cleaner, and it definitely helps cut down on bad breath. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the handles are a little on the thin side, so they can feel slightly uncomfortable if you press too hard. It’s not a dealbreaker by any means, just something to keep in mind. Overall, these scrapers are simple, effective, and affordable—definitely a great buy if you’re looking to add something small but impactful to your oral hygiene routine.

Nice product. It doesn't trigger my gag reflex like the plastic one from Oral B. I think it's because this one is thinner. Ease of maintenance is another benefit. I only rinse with water, and it looks as new as when I first received it 1-2 years ago. I used plastic one before, and there was build up even when I rinsed it the same way as I rinse this metal scraper.

These are the best scrapers I've used. I've used plastic ones in the past and I could never apply enough pressure for them to be effective. These do the trick. They work super well and they're easy to clean. The travel cases are a great bonus.

I am a certified Oral Hygiene Olympian. I take pride in my oral hygiene routine. My parents didn't teach me much about dental hygiene, but they did make sure I brushed my tongue. So I always brushed my tongue after my teeth my whole life. As an adult, for reference, my dentist always compliments my oral hygiene, and so much so, that they included 'excellent oral hygiene' in my medical records. I heard that soft plaque (what we can brush and floss out ourselves) turns to hard plaque (what your dentist has to get out) in approx. 48 hours, though it depends on what you ate. With that in mind, I developed a simple routine for maximum plaque removal that I do once every 24 hours, which keeps plaque at bay: brush, floss, brush, mouthwash, where all brushes include brushing my tongue. So where does this excellent tonque scraper come in? Well, at night, after a large meal and tons of water, it is difficult to safely brush my tongue when I'm sleepy and my gag restraint muscles aren't as active. It makes me concerned about accidentally making food/water come up. With this stainless steel tongue scraper, I can reach the back of my tongue without a gag response. I mean aaaall the way in the back where the larger tongue bumps are. This thing is super neat! It comes in a 2-pack, with travel cases, well-sealed and cleaned. I still cleaned it before use. So I did my NEW, tongue-scraper-included routine as detailed (my same ol' routine with this cool tongue scraper added): 1) Hydrogen peroxide and water mouth wash for 30-60 seconds 2) Brush teeth for 2 minutes with flouride toothpaste; brush tongue for 30 seconds. 3) Rinse with plain water 4) Use tongue scraper for a few seconds, getting all of the tongue 5) Rinse with plain water 6) Floss with traditional string floss 7) Water and hygrogen peroxide rinse for 30 seconds 8) Brush teeth for 1 min; brush tongue for 30 seconds 9) Use tongue scraper 10) Rinse with plain water 11) Rinse with flouride mouthwash for 1 minute In the pics, you can see my tongue before the flouride mouthwash in step 11. My tongue is super clean, breath fresh, teeth sparkling. I imagine this thing probably will enhance my overall health and make food taste better since my mouth is so clean. I LOVE this! It is stainless steel and easy to wash and store in a standard toothbrush holder after use. It is flat-headed so it can reach very far back on the tongue. As a lifelong tongue-brusher, this does not make me gag at all! It really enhances tongue cleaning in a way the brush cannot quite do. I think it pairs well with brushing my tongue the traditional way and then using this right afterwards. I will still brush my tongue, but now I'll use this afterwards for the ultimate hygiene boost. I'm curious to see if my dentist notices a difference when I go back. 10/10 I recommend this product!

A.little.rough on the tongue.. If you have sensitive tongue perhaps go for plastic scraper. But this is far more hygenic

I had a plastic one with brush side on it prior which was tricky to properly clean consistently. This is easy to clean, scrapes well, and the plastic case it comes in is very handy. Definitely recommend!

It works fantastic! It's smooth and comfortable to hold. It reaches the back of my tongue with ease and the scraping feeling isn't uncomfortable once you use it a few times. On top of that, it's really easy to clean as all you need to do is a quick rinse. I would definitely recommend this!
