First of all, I ordered a Westwood BIRCH TREE garden metal swing hammock 3 seater Chair. What I received was a Ground level 3'seater swing chair instead, which had l.e.d. lights attached. I'm not complaining about that, but what I am making a comment on is this. The instructions are very hard to follow as the pictures are too small to see properly and don't properly represent the different parts of the swing seat or how to put it together. It took us two days to put together by trial and error and there were a couple of bolts missing which we had to find in order to secure the seat. The description didn't mention that the base of the seat was canvas and not metal. We have managed to put it together and it looks ok so will keep it. However, I wouldn't recommend buying this product, as it isn't really a 3 seater ,and we don't know how long the canvas seat will last this summer. I think that there needs to be a more detailed description of how it is made up and bigger and clearer instructions; at least three times the size for clarity. We used a magnifying glass to read the instructions but still had a lot of difficulty following the instructions. We are not sure if it had been opened up before as we found scratches on some of the metal poles, and one of the plastic feet was broken. We bought it because of the extra loading capacity. It seems to be sturdy, but time will tell.

5* on delivery because it arrived fast than expected. The delivery man is so helpful.3* on items as i found it very flimsy, im a very small person so imagine if i went together with my daughter who is 4 year old the swing moves feels like it will fall backwards. And the seat is very narrow. So it's not very comfortable to seat if your a bit bigger. Its only for small people and right size for children/teenagers. And according to the capacity stated below its 250kg. I dont think that is right. It probably max capacity is only 150kg.But i must say for the price? Its value for the money but i wont recommended if u like to relax on this swing, if you an adult. This is only for children/teenager.

Hubby said instructions were difficult to follow to assemble. I'm finding the bar at the front of the seat digs into my legs a lot making sitting on it sadly uncomfortable. I've asked the seller if there a wrap around cushion available.

The instructions were rather confusing. However, I got it assembled in no time. The seat is of lightweight construction. It looks nice. I put mine under a gazebo, and got some sandbags for the legs. I am pleased with this purchase. It even comes with solar powered lighting.
