Book arrived in pristine condition. Husband needed it for work. The book is very informative. Great purchase.

I bought this book so I could be somewhat knowledgeable about what I needed in the Big Box hardware store. When my brother learned about the book, he wanted one as well...he says it saves him a lot of time since he now knows what he's looking for when he gets to the store. .

Not as complete as I thought it would be, but still valuable and would help save time at the store. Very good for young DIYs perhaps starting out in an older home that needs a few repairs. A really valuable book for anyone who just has not had any experience repairing things.

Easy to pick up, peruse, and set down again for later. Good descriptions, surprisingly well organized and informative. Real world stuff - good gift to someone having to spend too much time in school and not enough time getting ready for the world.

My wife works in the city and usually is tasked with picking up parts and fasteners, so this is a great helper. Now she is asking if different fasteners could be used for projects, or just picking up the hardware that is needed.

Beautifully illustrated book with most of the connectors and tools I would ever use around my home. Now when I go to the hardware store I can ask for things by name instead of calling them whatsit, or thingamajig.

This book is a gift for my son. I simply flipped through it. I was very disappointed that were so few pictures. I thought each item would have a picture, as the purpose of the book is to instruct the reader on names of various hardware items. There are many descriptions without pictures.

I gave this book to my husband and one to my daughter. They both like to haunt hardware stores. My daughter has been renovating her house for several years in her spare time, and has found it very helpful. My husband gets ideas from it.

I like that this book explains, even for experienced DIYers ,the different products available for different projects. Very handy. Very useful. The supplier actually provided the book a couple of weeks before the date by which they promised it would arrive — so, bonus!
