Came as described and of good quality for the price. Directions are clear and easy to use. The battery charges quickly and holds the charge. If one follows the directions they will find that this unit works great. Start of slowly and get use to the feel of it. I have a history of my ears getting impacted with earwax. In the past, I would have to go to the doctor and get it removed. I got a different electric earwax remover a couple years ago and it was very messy to use because I got water everywhere. I saw this earwax removal tool and thought I would try it out since it looked easier to use and less messy. At first, I was skeptical because my left ear was very irritated and I knew it was impacted. I tried using eardrops and this removal tool to remove the wax. I probably tried 20 times and it wouldn’t budge. I thought this tool was a lost cause until I tried it on my right ear. A few chunks of earwax came out on the first try, so now I know this tool definitely works! I would likely have to go to the doctor to get my left ear checked out. Based on my experience, this will probably work well on less stubborn and softer wax. After I get my left ear fixed, I plan to use this for maintenance so I don’t get impacted ears. In addition to removal in general, I think there are a few other great features about this device. First, I like how it charges with USB-C and has a very long battery life. Second, it’s great that it has a temperature indicator. I didn’t find myself getting dizzy from this device because this tells you the exact temperature you need. I also found the water pressure to be pretty good. You can choose from normal, strong, soft, or pulsing. I didn’t feel that any of them were overly strong or uncomfortable to use. Lastly, I found the device pretty easy to use. I just leaned my head to the side as I held the device to my ear. It wasn’t uncomfortable to hold in position. I also found that the water didn’t leak much out of the cup that you hold to the side of your head. I obviously got a little bit of water on me because you are dealing with water after all, but it wasn’t anything excessive. I would recommend this to anybody who has issues with wax buildup.

Love this so much! I have struggled with earwax buildup my whole life. I've had my ears cleaned professionally multiple times, but its expensive. I used hydrogen peroxide to soften the wax and then used this and it worked like a dream. So much gunk is no longer in my ears. So happy I got this!

I have always had issues with wax build up & clogging in my ears. I changed the way I clean my ears & through the use of this product, my ears don't clog anymore! Very easy to use & has a safety feature that won't allow for the temp of the water to be too hot or cold. It will only work if the water is 70°F.

This ear wax removal kit works as advertised. I'm not the biggest fan of sticking q-tips in my ears, so I want a different approach to cleaning my ears and purchase this electric ear wax remover. I was a little bit nervous because I didn't want to have any issues messing with my ears whether it be soreness afterwards or any damage. But I can say they have different plugs for your ears depending on your size of your ear, and they are made of rubber so they don't hurt going in. The relief I fell afterwards was great. Feels good knowing I have clean ears and not worry about sticking q-tips in my ears. It really just pulses water interior ear and sucks it back out into the dirty water compartment of the bottle that's attached. Worth every dollar. Any bonus with the usb-c charging port. So far the battery life has been good. Use the charger that comes with it because anything stronger will work actually.
