EER-8DB-MC Earth Rubber Edging, Dark Brown

So far, so good. I used to buy a similar product at a large chain store. It had a layer of weed prevention on the bottom. This product doesn’t, but I hope it will hold up as well as the other, which has lasted for several years. Installation very easy with pound-in holders.

The product is great however the listing, image, price and size of box indicated I should have received FOUR 8'rolls and instead I only got one per box (missing six total). UGH.

I can't say how long this will hold up, but I am buying this to replace some of the same type edging I installed about 15 years ago, that I bought at Home Depot. Great mowing edge - especially where I have rocks edging the garden and a good separation between lawn and garden. Looks great too. The texture is a bit different, so we'll see. After about 8 years I did have a problem with some grass/plant roots growing through the side in spots and small shoots popping up. It was a simple matter of lifting up that section, removing the roots and I was good for another year. After years of sun, snow, mowing and weed-wacking, it is showing it's age, but some of it will still be usable in the back yard.. Gave it 4 Stars because I don't know if it is as good. and I'm slightly aggravated. DO NOT order from the " other offers" to save a few dollars. I did, and only received One roll per order- not 4 as pictured, and had to send them back.

We used this material below some fence to transition from artificial turf to real grass in our pet's "area". It will help us from having to weed wack grass below fence. Looks great to! Good idea to initially treat the area below the Earth Edging with a weed killer, as recommended. Just take care when putting in the plastic stakes. Do not hammer to hard. Go slowwww! Think they should have included 5 stakes instead of 4 though. They suggest 2 foot spacing of the stakes but you really need 5 to accomplish that with a 8 foot length. I contacted their customer support with the suggestion.Sorry for the pictures not being vertical. Not sure how they got turned 90 degrees.Their customer service is awesome as well! I'm so disappointed. I ordered another one of these, because I loved the first one so much. It said a few days ago that I was ordering the last one, but more was expected in 2 or so days. Came back today to order several more, and now it's unavailable with no info on whether or not it would be restocked. I don't want any other product, I just want a ton more of this one. I'll have to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get it, now. I so wish I had "pre-ordered" it when I had the chance a few days ago. Please get more of this, Amazon!

I ordered this product and only received one roll when it was advertised as 4 rolls in a box. The one star was based on receiving only one roll instead of the advertised 4.

High quality rubber mulch edging. The color and texture looked great in my flower beds, however, when using the supplied brown plastic stakes to secure the edging, it ruined the clean, seamless, manicured lawn & bed look I was after. In order to hammer the stakes in far enough to "secure" the edging, it ends up looking like a button tufted pillow because the head of the stake does not seat well or blend well against the rubber mulch material. And even if you didn't hammer them in far enough to create the tufted look, the stake heads still sit on top of the mulch border like a big button. Would recommend more like a long 4-5" brown nail (might have to paint them) with a small head that would seat slightly below the surface of the mulch border without going all the way through. This would give a much more realistic & manicured finish. Also was a little too pricy for the length of border received.
