Value for money, sound quality is good

Never buy any Boat product. The product s are pathetic, my headphone stopped working after 6 months. Now it doesn't get connected. I tried reaching out to the custy service they ask me to fill a form and enter the Serial Number which is not mentioned in the Invoice. For getting the serial number you have to email them, etc, etc, etc

I prefer the sweetness in any headphones as I use them for music mostly and all the ones with bass boost and all just doesn't suit me, but this one is different. There are good bits, but there is a major design flaw I noticed, and it is clear in the video, the tips on earpieces are not in the same position as each other... And talking about the rest: 1. Comfort - Unexpectedly comfortable, perfect fit for me, doesn't feel heavy. Only thing is the one side which is not in the right spot as shown in the video is a bit uncomfortable compared to the other side.. 2. Build - Pretty decent 3. Sound - It hits the sweet spot, not too bass boosted. It has the perfect balance for highs mids and lows. The sound is clear and soothing on the ears. Best for music lovers and light gaming and other work. 4 Call - Have not faced any issues till yet, voice goes and comes clear. 5. Buttons - Does the job 6. Connectivity - Works fine on dual pairing and single device usage. 6. Battery - Impressive. I'd have given it 5 stars if not for the design flaw and there is a bit delay on controlling from the buttons, but if you can look over these, it is a steal.

Build quality good. Sound quality good. Value for money. Button functionality is good. Great battery life. (Upto 3 days for heavy usage). Easily fit on ear. Light and comfortable. Supports multi connectivity

This is the worst earphone I have ever purchased. I bought it during the Prime Day launch, hoping it would be a good deal, but I’ve had nothing but problems. Initially, there was a 7-day return policy, but it has since changed to a replacement policy. The earphones produce unwanted sounds even when no audio is playing, which is incredibly frustrating. I trusted Amazon when I bought this product, but now I feel cheated. I’m planning to cancel my subscription right away, even though I know I'll lose money since it’s a prepaid yearly plan. While I’m willing to absorb this loss, I can’t overlook the fact that Amazon has lost my trust. Even if they offered a free year of Prime or a refund for the product, it wouldn’t restore my confidence in their service. I’m out 2,690, but the bigger loss is the trust I had in them. And Boat : I used to trust Boat products because they seemed to offer good quality at affordable prices for middle-class people. However, after purchasing your latest earphones, I am extremely disappointed. It feels like the product has been downgraded to a lower quality, which is disheartening given your reputation. Middle-class customers value products based on their quality, not just their price. It seems like you might be prioritizing profit over maintaining the high standards that initially earned our trust. Your no-return policy adds to our frustration and undermines our confidence in your brand. Companies like Boeing face challenges but still strive to maintain their standards. Boat, as an established brand, should be aiming for the same level of excellence. Losing our trust due to such issues will have long-term consequences for your reputation.

It's important to note that these magnetic earphones doesn't work at all, it can't switch off or on bluetooth..

Sound is awesome
