Why does the panel show "--.--" and why can’t I select a menu?

This is because the lid is not properly closed. With the lid lift protection feature, the blender will only start when the lid is securely in place.

This can happen due to the heating function. When using the Joydeem Blender for the first time, please refer to the manual to perform an altitude check. Also, avoid adding hot water when making hot beverages, as this can lead to overflow.

Can I use this cooking blender to blend ice, spices, and meat?

We do not recommend this, as it may cause premature damage to the machine.

Why does the blender only run once and then stop when making soy milk?

The soy milk program first crushes the beans, then heats and simmers, followed by further blending to make smooth, filter-free soy milk. This is normal; just wait for the program to finish.
