Where do i get spare net cups and sponges this size?

Measure the diameter of your net cup and you can search for that size here on Amazon. Instead of doing sponges you can use Rockwood as a replacement, just be sure to get the size that fits your net cups.

Can this system be used to propagate plant clippings?

The bubbler does not work good enough to do so, at least that is what I have noticed, all of my clippings died.

How many gallons will it hold

Approximately 2.5 gallons, if you want the water level to barely touch the bottom of the net cups, which is my approach. It's an excellent cloner!

How do I get a operating manual in English?

Forget it. I received mine missing parts i emailed the seller to send missing part with no respond plus this is way too small to actually plant anything. It is made in China. DO NOT waste your money
