Was very surprised with this wipe, it actually worked and it's much bigger than other brands I've bought. My wife shared it did not transfer which was a huge plus. Lasted longer than expected without loosing any feeling.

It claims to have an effect causing desensitization that is strong enough to be considered beneficial, but that doesn't remove the ability to feel anything at all. I have tried other brands that cause total loss of feeling in the past which can make usage feel strange. This one didn't seemingly have any effect the first time I tried it according to the instructions, but the second time I spent longer exposing the application napkin to the skin and it worked. It did cause loss of feeling very close to the stronger ones and I initially considered the claim of not being overly numbing a false claim until I noticed within 15 to 20 minutes the level of numbing had gone down to one where the way the sellers explain the level of effectiveness seemed fair to call accurate. Within 2hrs or so it was no longer affecting me after having gradually gotten weaker in terms of numbness. For a bit more than $2 per wipe considering it's currently $28.99 for a pack of 12, I'll call it a decent deal as I've definitely seen other brands still something like this for a much as double. Additionally the wrapper is no bigger and highly resembles another thing a guy might store in his wallet making it more convenient and easier to carry around.

CANT BELIEVE IT. It made me last for over 15 minutes, my girl was very pleased. Felt like a high performance car.

Since they are similar to alcohol swabs they are easy to bring along on vacation and allow for a more enjoyable intimate interaction delaying and numbing the feelings for the male which allows the woman more time to reach climax. Great idea for a product although a bit pricey. The directions noted the medical terms for anatomy with an illustration which wasn't very clear. I had to search the term and even then it was a bit ambiguous, eventually I figured out it meant to wipe just behind the crown ridge on top and between the two ridges on the underside of your little friend. Since this is a numbing wipe, I would tear open the swab and hold the bottom of the swab with the paper so you don't get any effects on your fingertips.
