Effective, small but mighty
This is noisier than my other air purifier on speeds 2 and 3 but I leave it on 1 all day and it blends into the background nicely. In fact level 2 noise drowns out my neighbours, which is a benefit! I like that this has a simple on/off button, making it super easy to use (sounds simple but so many purifiers require you to cycle through speeds to turn off). Most importantly, this is very effective at removing dust, pet dander and other visible floating airborne particles. It is small but mighty — it clears a double reception in about an hour. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in the air quality and it blends into the background. Very happy with the price, great value with the promotion.

Great air purifier
This was bought for the living room of my house. It works a treat. Takes away all the dusty particles that you can usually see and the air feels better. I bought it in the summer months due to hayfeaver and this really helped me out. Only cons with this is the price of a new filter they are quite expensive however the filter in the unit is easy to clean off.

Clean, fresh air... Excellent!
Living in an apartment can get rather cluttered, which in turn attracts dust and sometimes, when drying clothes etc inside, the air quality can become a little musty. So decided to get an air purifier, didn't honestly think it would make that much difference, but I was wrong. Within an hour of turning this natty little device on, my stuffy nose and headache cleared, and the air smelt and felt fresh. I decided to try out the night mode and left it running on level 1. Had a great nights sleep and woke without my usual headache.

A little noisy but nothing major.
Great little Air Purifier. Setting 1 is a slight hum, when up full or turbo setting it's a little noisy, like a hairdryer. You can smell the scented oil on setting one more, maybe I just didn't put enough on the pad? Another thing I'm cautious about having it on for long periods was the plug feeling warm but no need to worry thankfully as it's not warm to touch. I do think the filters are a tad expensive but I'm very happy in the machine's performance.

Good for large dust; ultrafine particles spread more
Firstly, I can say that the air purifier has removed an awful lot of dust in the form of fluff from stuff furnishings, specks of building site dust, etc. There is hardly any dust landing on my tabletop now if I leave the soft furnishings undisturbed and turn the air purifier on. If your issue is with dust buildup, especially if you live near a building site or have soft furnishings which shed tiny fibers. However, I have allergies and hoped this would remove whatever has been causing the reaction but I have actually found that, at least in the first few days of using the air purifier, I have had worse allergy symptoms. I have begun, since using the air purifier, to have a much more pronounced skin reaction as well as the respiratory one which was the main symptom. When I turn the air purifier on to go to bed, I also notice I cough more, even though I often lie in the bed to unwind for a couple of hours before turning the air purifier on. It seems very much like the release of the purified air into the room, disturbing the surrounding air, has increased the amount of ultrafine particles that have landed on my bedding, and presumably other surfaces in the room. What I'm hoping is that this is temporary and that the filter actually *is* removing the allergen gradually. I don't know what exactly it is but worry about what happens if it's below 0.1 microns or if the filter is only grabbing a little bit of it out of the air each cycle and this might go on for weeks! It's possible that this effect relates to the fact that I've been spending more time in the bedroom, believing it to have much less allergen in the air than the living room I took out a couple of the rugs that I know to have been affected a week before receiving the air purifier, which did disturb a lot of dust, but the larger bits of dust have reduced a lot since the air purifier was first run for a few hours in each room. I think that I might see how the filter works if I angle it somehow, so as to push the filtered air jet out of the window. I'm going to put down a dust catching painter sheet with plastic layer underneath on top of my bed when not in it and when running the machine (I suppose I'll run it while I brush my teeth, etc. instead, and not leave the timer set for 2h in dark mode). I hope that the effect of the ultrafine particles landing on everything doesn't continue to be a problem. Maybe my current bed covers have picked up enough of it that it won't be such an issue again, or maybe I'll have to keep replacing my bedding a lot more often than planned for a while. Now, I would like to talk a little about the modes that the air purifier has. They're useful. I have to say that "turbo" is hardly the word I would use for the highest setting, but it has been enough to make a significant difference to visible dust that accumulates on clean surfaces after the initial use of the purifier in each room. I think I should have kept the machine to the lowest setting, though, to reduce the effect of the air being blown around. The suction on the machine isn't anywhere near enough to draw in all of the disturbed particles before some land, so it's better if it only disturbs a smaller amount and they stay in a closer radius. I would recommend starting the machine on the low setting for an hour, moving it periodically to different locations within the room. Then gradually increase it once it's done that initial sweep. I'm very glad that the machine has a dark mode function. I should note that, even in dark mode, it does give off a little bit of light, but not much, and it's white rather than blue. I hate that this air purifier has got *blue lights* and pretending that's a night light when it's blue light that *prevents sleep*! Do not use this as a night light unless you're turning it on in the early hours in order to wake up before dawn or you want to stay wakeful without turning the main light on! Even a tiny bit of blue light is bad for melatonin production (this includes the blue wavelengths in white light, but it is a matter of degree). Unfortunately, I couldn't find any lamps that *didn't* have a "nightlight" function that included light from the blue end of the spectrum. How I wished that I could find one with a red. Even better if it was a warm orange colour and had a filter for blue/green/purple light. If anyone out there designs these things, get on it! So, overall, it does work and if you were to use it before the amount of potentially airborne particulates in a room built up, so there was less to spread around, you would get a good result compared to not using it. If you already have a huge dust problem, especially with very fine particles then you might want to take steps (start on the low setting for the first hour in each room, and then work up; put dust sheets down before/during/for a while after using the machine, and then maybe turn the machine on again, very nearby, when you remove the dust sheets, in case that releases more dust into the air). I have used the purifier for a few hours in each room at first and then during/after hoovering or anything that kicks up dust, and for a short period in the bedroom a few times a day. I bought two of these but I think I'm going to return the one I haven't opened because I don't see myself using both at once, given the fact this one has already dealt with the larger dust with only a little time in each room, but has not solved my allergy yet.

Didn't last long
Purchased 4 month ago and fan setting only works on third/high setting. 1&2 scream with no fan movement. Not been used lots. Nice but a bitty noisy.
