This lightweight vacuum surpasses our expectations. We have two house cats and wanted an easier, lighter vacuum to pick up cat hair in between using our heavy duty sweeper for cleaning. The amount of hair and dust that this stick vacuum picks up shocks us every time we use it; which is at least two to three times per week. Offering multi level suction power is also very helpful and efficient. (Note: the battery lasts longer on the lower level suction.) The scent tabs that release when running the unit are a nice bonus! We have used this vacuum more than our corded heavy vacuum! It is well built, easy to take apart and clean, works exceptionally well for it's size and the fact it's battery operated makes it much easier to carry and use. The main vacuum easily fits under beds, chairs and some furniture. The ability to remove the top half and use it as a handheld vacuum makes the job even easier. We definitely feel it's already paid for itself and the ease of use means we don't really mind vacuuming anymore!

I am writing this review primarily for the customer service with smoture. When I received the vacuum I thought it was a decent product with sturdy components, was happy with the level of suction, battery life, and the maneuverability. The size is great, as is the cordless nature and light weight.Design-wise, I would perhaps alter the emptying function to make it easier to not spill dust everywhere. Also the trigger function was not my favorite due to accidental toggling between modes.Smoture offered a free replacement battery when my battery stop retaining a charge about 3 months into purchase. I received the battery today and after charging, it appears to be working well. Hopefully the battery continues to hold a charge, if not, I'll report back.Overall,I felt that the customer service was excellent, and would recommend this product to others due to their responsiveness.

For the price this vacuum has excellent suction and the power head is super easy to clean out when hair is wrapped up on the roller. It comes with a tool to cut the hair or sting off. No tools are needed to take out the roller. It takes me about a minute to clean out, and I can go back to using it without needing tools is great. The battery last a good amount of time on the first two settings. On high it will probably last 20 minutes or so. Charging takes about 3 to 4 hours if the battery is fully depleted. The front led lights are bright enough to see what I have to get in the house without turning on all the lampand lights. The canister is easy to empty with one hand and everything comes apart and goes back together super quickly and easy. It comes with an extra filter set and some aromatherapy tablets which smell great. I highly recommend this vacuum. I was a Dyson user, but now I am a Smoture person. The only con I can think of is the canister fills up fast, but it is easy to empty so no big deal and that means that it works really good too. This was definitely a good purchase, and I would buy it again.

Only reason why it loses a star is because the quality of the battery could be better. It takes a while for it to charge and lasts maybe 20 minutes when you’re using the highest power setting all the way through. It’s super light weight, and powerful though, it picks up all the dust when it’s on the highest level. If you have bigger crumbs (from chewed up dog treats) be prepared to go over them a few times. It’s small and easy to break down and store when not in use. Overall 8/10 recommend, it’s better than sweeping the floor.

We operate a daycare and we use this vacuum daily. The battery life is great and the suction is very good. We've never run out of battery life and we normally use the medium setting. It's not too heavy and not too loud. It's not the sturdiest vacuum. The hinge for the dirt compartment broke, but it still functions properly. Also the device use to lock in place when in a standing position but the plastic has worn down so it does not lock in place anymore. Still it functions properly and is not to much of an issue for how we use and store it.

I love this one. It works well for pet hair and the light is a nice feature. It stays charged for a long time running in full power I have enough to vacuum the majority of my house 5 to 6 rooms. It charges in a few hours and you will need to let it fully charge before use to get the most out of the charge. It’s powerful as well. Easy to empty. Weight is perfect. Heavy enough to keep it on the floor and balanced but not too light. Feels like a quality product. It fits in my utility closet perfectly and takes up hardly any space.

I love this vacuum, we had an old corded stick vacuum before that was fine but didn't really have the best suction. This has the look and feel of the uber expensive cordless Dyson with similar quality and at a fraction of the price. It takes a while to fully charge but it can do our entire 1192 sq ft home on a single charge, and the charge lasts longer with the automatic power detection feature that adjusts to the level of dirt. We have pets and I also do dog sitting so there's a LOT of dog hair kicking around, this thing takes care of it all. Overall I'd say this is a really great quality vacuum for the price

back to this again, well i have had this for a few months now and what i like is that i can take it completely apart to clean the catchment bin and the filter and wipe it all down and put it back together again. clean is good. no cord to get stuck on anything its lightweight and has attachments. power can increase with the touch of a button battery dies quickly when run on high for too long, bin size is kind of small battery lasts long enough to vacuum the laundry our closet and our bedroom and movie room. this is kept in the basement for that purpose only. our cats are not allowed in the basement. it's a decent vacuum. it's not a Dyson but works for the specific purpose i bought it for. i am hoping this company improves with a larger size catchment bin i would buy another one. it also needs to have filters sent with it as an added bonus when purchasing. made for small stuff not large chunks of dirt .
