Tried all 3 flavors - all are good. Takes 60 seconds to become a muffin that is very hot. Need to let it cool some before gobbling these things down. Tasty enough, fast to make, not dried out, decent value for the money, what's not to like? Has a different texture than first expected. Very light, spongy but tasty product. Going to order more before everyone fonds out about these.

Not enough protein
Not enough preteen for the amount of calories it has. I actually gained weight and it wasn’t muscle weight. It doesn’t taste very good, either. It is easy to make.
