Effective and Comfortable for Daily Brushing
I’ve been really happy with this dog toothbrush—it’s simple, effective, and easy to use. The bristles are soft enough to be gentle on my dog’s gums but still firm enough to get a good clean on his teeth. The handle is just the right length to reach the back molars without being awkward or uncomfortable to hold. What I really appreciate is how well it works with dog-friendly toothpaste. It spreads evenly and doesn’t clump up in the bristles, which helps make brushing quicker and less stressful for both me and my dog. He’s not the most cooperative when it comes to dental care, but this brush makes the process smoother and more efficient. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed his breath has improved and there’s less visible plaque, especially on the back teeth. It’s a small tool that makes a big difference in daily dog care. If you’re looking for a toothbrush that balances comfort, control, and results, this one is definitely worth trying.

Nicely designed, might be on the large size for smaller pets
IMO, how useful this brush is, is going to depend a lot on how cooperative (or not) your particular pet is. My new dog is extremely good natured, but hasn’t had his teeth brushed before I started a few weeks ago (he’s six and a half years old), and he doesn’t really like the way I need to hold his muzzle or lips in order to get to the back teeth. So while I like the design of both the brush head itself, and the handle (nicely sized and comfortable), I often use my finger/finger brush for the back teeth as he tolerates that better. It works well for the front and eye teeth, though, and I’m going to continue working with my dog on using the brush on his back teeth. Luckily, he loves the toothpaste (I’m using the Virbac C.E.T. Enzymatic in vanilla mint) so he actually looks forward to his daily tooth brushing even if he’d prefer I let him eat the paste off of the brush instead of actually brushing his teeth, lol. One note on brush size: my guy is a 78 lb border collie/greyhound mix, and he has a correspondingly large mouth (and large teeth!), so I have no problem actually getting the brush into his mouth, but I would think it would be a little on the large size for small dogs or cats. For instance, one of my previous dogs was a 14 lb rat terrier, and while I think I could have used this brush with her, I also think a brush with a smaller head would probably have been easier to get into her mouth. As for durability, this is a nice, sturdy brush but it is not a chew toy, and I highly doubt it would stand up to being used as one. It’s not a concern with my current dog, but I would never have left this where my previously mentioned rat terrier could get at it, as she would have happily carried it off when I wasn’t looking and done her best to destroy it. Just a thought if you have a puppy or an adult chewer.

Good for some dogs and maybe not as good for others
It's a good idea. And the brush is good quality IMO. But as far as I can tell, you are supposed to put it on top of the tooth in order for it to get all sides. And to do that, the dog has to have their mouth open. So just keep that in mind. With a regular toothbrush my dog can have her mouth closed and I can brush from the side, first the outside and then stick the brush in and get the underside without her having to open her mouth hardly at all. With this one, since it goes on top of the tooth, she just bites down on it, and you can't move the brush back and forth if they do that. (I hope this makes sense LOL but if you've ever brushed a dog's teeth you probably know what I mean.) And she does not seem to like me holding her mouth open. So my dog, personally, prefers that I just brush one side of her teeth at a time with a regular toothbrush. I'm not saying it's bad. I'm just trying to give more information so you can decide if it's right for your specific dog. If your dog opens their mouth or doesn't mind you holding their mouth open then this should work well for you and you shouldn't have any problems at all. To each their own!

Good idea but didn’t work as good as I thought.
Our Akita actually lets us brush her teeth. We saw these on here and figured they’d clean her teeth better. However she try’s to chew on it and it cuts up her gums. I think they might be a little small for her teeth. Or she just might not let us brush them as easy as we thought. They weren’t overpriced or anything in my opinion. We still try to use it from time to time. They would probably work better for smaller dogs/teeth and dogs that are better trained on brushing teeth.

Sturdy
Durable, and sturdy. My dog likes to bite the toothbrush when I brush his teeth. I will keep buying this, as it holds up better than the ones I’ve bought before
