Mixes well, tastes good, use it for gym sessions. Better than plain water with the electrolytes as I’m a sweaty bugger, so seems to re hydrate well.

First purchase of pineapple flavour. I thought I would try as it was cheaper than other flavours. I will definitely buy again. The flavour is really comes through and I find the product in general very good and works for me. I drink BCAA everyday I will continue to buy Applied Nutrition.
