Over heat on 100W +charge and total output will decreases
Will get heat quickly if you use 100W+ and output watt will decrease. Tried charging my laptop and mobile at a time. Got heated quickly and total output also decreased. However there are less products in the market that can do atleast this much.

اللي في النص بتشحن سامسونج ٤٥ وات بس اشحن بيه جهاز واحد بس عشان قريت في مواقع اجنبيه انك لو شحنت ال ١٠٠ و ال ٤٥ وات مع بعض ممكن لو عربيتك قديمه الفيوز يطق. اسمه لو هتشوفه علي النت هو Anker nano car charger series 5 في موقع anker بتكلم عن ال Samsung super fast charging 2.0
