I loved these! Taste was so good and I felt it was a treat for myself after a hard workout. So good when they're super cold. Had issues with hydration and my electrolytes. Water alone wasn't doing it. Did before and after test with doctor and my hydration was drastically increased after taking. Have to watch the salt though. They're so good I want to drink so much and it's too much salt. Must drink in moderation.

I have POTS and this is SO helpful for me. I do use their electrolyte packets, which have 1000mg of salt. This has 500mg so keep that in mind. I get tired of drinking plain water and I love having this option of the sparkling water. I love the pineapple flavor! I like that this brand is simple and not full of a ton of B vitamins like other brands. Just magnesium, potassium and sodium. It’s also zero sugar which I prefer. The only thing I don’t like is the price. I do think these are quite expensive so I don’t have one everyday. But if you’re trying to get that salt intake in? These are a great option. I also like to use these as mocktails and LMNT has recipes on their website which is cool.

A YouTube channel a@OutlawRanchCare suggested these . They taste horrible unless you are desperately thirsty outside working and sweating. Then all of a sudden they magically taste like the best nectar ever. I don’t know how that happened, but that’s what we experienced. I highly recommend you if you’re actually outside working and sweating.

I bought these because I have POTS and need the extra electrolytes, and they definitely deliver on that front. That said... wow, they are salty. 😂 I knew LMNT was known for having a lot of sodium, but the sparkling version somehow makes it even more noticeable. The pineapple flavor helps, but if you're expecting something that tastes like a typical sports drink, you're in for a surprise. For the health benefits, especially for people who need higher sodium intake, it's worth it. For pure taste, it's a little harder to love. I finished the cans because they helped me feel better, not because I was craving another one. If you have POTS or have been told to increase your sodium, these are worth trying. These are just honestly delicious I love them. They are sort of pricey but when you think about the cost of each one it beats going to the gas station and buying a Gatorade. The quality is top tier. I love how salty they are.

I ordered these to try after using a couple of the powder packs. I wanted something premixed to have in the fridge for a cold quick after workout drink if needed. I have finally tied all the flavors and they all taste good. The texture is just like drinking water and they bring me back to life when I’m feeling sluggish. I have not experienced any bad side effects. As far as a favorite flavor I’d have to say the watermelon
