I feel the need to write this review because this tea is the real deal. I have tried different cleansers before discovering this tea. I LOVE IT! This tea is a miracle. I have always been irregular with bowel movements, either constipated or diarrhea which neither is fun. So I have tried detox cleansers and some really don't work or are just pure laxatives. This tea instead is gentle yet it does its work. Some people complain about the cramps, what you feel is not cramps, rather is your gut scraping off all those bad toxins and rotten foods you have been storing in your intestines for who knows how long. We eat way too bad to keep all that ness in our insides. Ladies stop complaining about the mild cramping and drink the tea. You will feel way better afterwards. I noticed that the longer you let the tea steep the stronger it gets, not in flavor rather in the effects, so if you cannot handle the mild cramps maybe let it steep only 2 or 3 minutes. I let it sit for 15-30 mins but I am used to it so it doesn't bother me. I like the feeling of seeing pounds just go down the toilet and feel light, no bloating and no gas or constipation, I even feel good at having a cheat meal because I know I can drink my tea and s@#* it all off. I have had friends asking me if I have lost weight and what I have done to lose weight, if I have been working out a lot, which I haven't and the secret is my tea! So give it a try and don't be scared to flush your system, let bad out get good in.

Just received the tea today it takes GREAT! I like it hot or cold. I like detoxing to flush out unwanted toxins from the inside, from time to time. Waiting to see what the result will be like for me. Reading the reviews & other’s results made me purchase the tea. Thanks Amazon. UPDATE I'am an African American female and like to keep myself in shape. I always would be constipated. ( NOT sure why) I do drink a lot of water, reading the reviews on this tea made me purchase and see for myself. Not worried if it helps me lose weight, which I'am doing on my own. BUT with the help of this tea eating carbs, I ALWAYS felt sluggish NOT anymore. Drinking the tea hot or cold it will definitely FLUSH you out and have you going regularly. I LOVE this tea so much, I contacted the seller to see if i'am able to purchase in bulk for a year that's how pleased I'am. Thank you soooooooooo much to the seller for being so on point with her customers and providing such a GREAT PRODUCT for the people who need it & wanting to flush your system out. This works great! There are slight cramps but totally with worth it. I dont use it as often as it says because it can cause constipation when I use it too much.

This is my first review I’ve ever written for a product I’ve purchased on Amazon that’s how much I love Teami Colon. If you’re looking to kickstart your journey into weight loss, this is the perfect product to do so. First time I tried it, I steeped it for about 30 seconds and it worked. Takes a couple of hours to kick in, I usually drink it around 7/8:00pm and I’m going right when I wake up the next morning. Some occasions where I get woken out of my sleep to go, nothing painful, but the urge to go. And boy, you go. As you get more adjusted to the tea, steep a little longer. I now steep up to 10 minutes, but steep to what your body can handle. Everyone’s body works differently. Also, remember to drink a lot of water. I’ve gotten all of my family members, in-laws, and friends to purchase Teami Colon, and they love it just as much as I do. Can I get commission? Lol! This product really works and I will continue to purchase Teami!

Only works for the first 2 days

I have VERY severe IBS with extreme constipation. I go weeks in between 'movements', and I have suffered with this since childhood. I have an extremely sluggish system, and there's nothing that really works for me to help me go. I have been on prescription drugs and every OTC one out there, and this tea BY FAR helps better than anything I have tried over the past 3 decades!! I get a bit of gas pains sometimes, but not always, and after not going for awhile, you can't not feel anything. I usually get FAR worse than labor like contraction pains, as I have had 3 children, twins included, this pain is like it, but at times worse. This tea softens things up and helps me go, and if I don't take it every other day, and nope, not just a month, but every month, you notice how much you miss it, if you know what I mean. It's the best stuff out there, and natural, which I like, since there are too many script drugs in our cabinets, why be forced to take another, when you reap better benefits with this tea????? LOVE IT! MY ONLY WISH IS.. NEVER RETIRE THIS PRODUCT! It's till death do us part, LOL. THANKS TEAMI!

I don't usually write reviews unless a product really impresses me. This is the best tummy tea I've tried. I always keep it in the house and especially for when I travel. One pack of 15 teabags lasts me a month or two (sometimes more) depending on my schedule. Great alternative for OTC or RX prescriptions for irregularity that take much longer to kick in and get me on the hamster wheel of irregularity instead of off and feeling better. I had a few bags in my cupboard and used this after recent surgery to help clear my system of lingering anesthesia and other binding medications and was very impressed with it's efficacy. I'm a convert now and won't leave home without a bag when traveling. I've used/tried just about everything on the market. My only recommendation when using is to be ready for some mild cramping as the tea works it's magic. That really only happens if you wait waaaay too long to use it. Lately I have been brewing one tea bag in a gallon of water and place it in the fridge to drink throughout the week. I drink a cup every am and have none of the adverse side effects than if I wait until I "need" it and drink several cups (all with the same teabag being reused- a little goes a long way with this magic tea!). Their customer service is also really great!

Do. Not. Underestimate. What. Herbs. Can. Do. Get ready when you drink this xD It works so well, I would have *NEVER* expected this... You drink it every 2nd evening; be prepared for the next morning xD It definitely gets things running... Definitely a detox treatment! Lost 2 pant sizes in combination with the breakfast tea - diet stayed the same, no gym, just 20 minutes walkies in the evening. It even busts constipation after anesthesia ;)

This is perfect especially if you are prescribed Morphine and Fentanyl. This keeps your digestive system moving. Tastes nice as well with a spoonful of honey. Highly recommend. Definitely works well.
